Kyle Richards admitted she regretted a comment she made about Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie when talking about her dating life—because she’s a Jennifer Aniston fan.
In a November 2025 interview, “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star, who split from her husband Mauricio Umansky in 2023, addressed the RHOBH Season 15 trailer and her comment, “I could go Brad, I could go Angelina.”
Richards told Variety she made the remark to make her castmates laugh and not as a revelation about her sexuality.
Noting that she doesn’t like “labels,” Richards explained, “Honestly, this is where it stemmed from — I know people the girls are clearly hinting for that heavily. And I was like, just come out and say it. They were like, ‘Noooo, we were just — ‘ They all laughed, I laughed.”
“And then when I saw it, I said, ‘Why did I even say that?’” Richards added. “I love [Pitt’s ex-wife] Jennifer Aniston! I don’t even mean it like that, she’s beautiful, — but I’m her biggest fan, I was like, ‘Why did I say that?’”
She added, “I said it to make them laugh. I think people can think whatever they want.”

Rumors about Richards’ personal life began swirling amid her close friendship with Morgan Wade. Both women have stated they are just friends.
Richards told Us Weekly she made the “Brad, Angelina” comment after her co-stars continued to hound her about her personal life. “They were just pushing me about dating,” she explained to the outlet. “And they were like, ‘What’s your type? What’s your type?’ So I was like, ‘OK, guys, let’s give the people what they want.’”
She told Variety she hoped her blunt answer would get people to leave her alone.
“Because, honestly, it felt like I was really being harassed over that,” she said. “And it was something that I didn’t even have a clear answer for myself, let alone for them, and I didn’t think that was fair. So I was like, OK, now can you back off? I will fill you in when I have better answers for you.’”

“To me, it’s about a soul,” the RHOBH star said. “It would just have to be someone shows up in your life serendipitous and you have a soul connection, and that’s it.”
