Lisa Rinna Shares Secret to Her Fitness Routine at 62

Lisa Rinna is known for her love of fitness, but she’s changed things up now that she’s in her 60s. In a new interview, the former “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star, who recently appeared on “The Traitors,” said she had to cut running out of her fitness routine, so now she focuses on hiking, yoga and Pilates to stay fit.

“I listen to my body, and I find ways to work out that don’t hurt me,” Rinna, 62, told USA Today in March 2026. “I don’t get pushed too hard so that I’m sore and I can’t move the next day,’ she added.


Lisa Rinna Has Been Working Out Since She Was 16

Rinna’s love for fitness dates back to well before she was an actress or a reality star. The future RHOBH star, known for her iconic Instagram dance videos, started working out when she was a teenager in Medford, Oregon.

Speaking with Us Weekly in 2024, Rinna shared, “I’ve had the same fitness routine since I was 16. It started with Jazzercise and I’ve been consistent about working out ever since.”

At the time, Rinna noted that she still worked out five days a week, focusing mostly on yoga and dancing but also incorporating hikes, spinning and Pilates. “Yoga has been my life savior for 26 years I’ve been practicing now,” she told the outlet in an earlier interview. “It’s my consistent … you know, I do many workouts and I go through lots of different things, but I think most consistently practicing yoga has been the most helpful in keeping myself grounded.”

In a post on her official website, Rinna advised fans to change things up when they work out. “My one piece of advice, though, is finding more than one form of exercise that you love to do and then mixing it up,” she wrote. “One day do the Pilates, and then the next day you play tennis. Maybe you can even incorporate a Friday night salsa dancing class with your girlfriends!”

Rinna has credited her “consistency” as the key to her routine.

“For me, staying in shape has always been a part of my life, and it’s all about consistency,” the RHOBH alum once revealed on “Oprah: Where Are They Now?” “I’ve worked out my whole life.”

She also noted that she’s always on the move and keeping busy. “I’m always doing something. I just do because I feel better,” Rinna shared. “If I feel better, I’m nicer. If I’m nicer, my life goes better.”

    Nobody cares about your workout. We all know that you housewifes get your surgeries to be fit. And we all know you hardly eat. That’s why your daughter that eating disorder. Daughter like mother.
    Stop trying to be relevant!!! You are old news. We’d rather hear about your 2 daughters. Stop competing with the younger girls. Everyone has been over you since you were out of the housewifes. We all remember how mean you were to most if the ladies on the show. And how many times you made certain women cry and leave the show because of your meaness….PERIOD
