“The Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Margaret Josephs is opening up about a recent cosmetic procedure, revealing she had rhinoplasty and sharing photos of her recovery and results.
Josephs is no stranger to sharing the cosmetic procedures she has had done, with the Bravo star previously stating that she had an eye and brow lift before joining the show. She also debuted a new look after getting a facelift before the season 9 reunion.
Margaret Josephs Reveals Rhinoplasty Procedure
Margaret Joseph showcased her recovery process and new look after undergoing rhinoplasty. Taking to Instagram on March 4, the RHONJ star shared several photos showing how she looked after the procedure, including snaps of her nose in a cast and her face covered in bruises.
In one photo, Josephs even joked about daring to “walk around Beverly Hills like this” while wearing a hat and sunglasses. In another picture, Josephs jokes that she was “scaring children at the pool” as her face recovered.
By the seventh day after her procedure, Josephs shared a side profile of her new nose, and by eight weeks, she was already out and about and debuting her look at her high school graduation.
In her caption, Josephs called her procedure a “nasal rejuvenation,” sharing that she had experienced a droopy nose as she got older.
“As I got older my tip started to droop as I smiled and I was really unhappy about it. When I was younger I never disliked my nose and could never imagine doing a nose job but with age the cartilage in my nose didn’t support my tip and it emphasized a slight bump in my nose also. Every photo of me I really noticed it and it bothered me,” she shared.
The reality star also emphasized that she was “a huge advocate for doing what makes YOU happy and feel your best.”
Is Josephs Returning to RHONJ?
GettyJosephs appeared on the “Reality Court” podcast in December 2025, where she shared insight into casting rumors surrounding RHONJ, as the show’s fate still remains unclear following an intense season 14.
“I’ll put it this way … there’s been no phone calls from Bravo. They have not solidified the cast,” she shared, adding, “There’s a lot of rumors out there. Nothing has been solidified. I think it could go in any direction.”
In June 2025, while appearing as a guest on “The View,” Bravo’s Andy Cohen shared that RHONJ was on a “deep pause” and hinted that major cast changes may be coming its way.
“It was really on a deep pause and we are actively there casting and looking at the future of what that will be,” Cohen shared. “It’s a great franchise, and we love it. I just have to reiterate that.”
Rumors have circulated that RHONJ might meet the same fate as RHONY, which did a total reboot of its cast for season 14. However, after Teresa Giudice made amends with her brother, Joe Gorga, and Melissa Gorga, will the show consider having the cast return?
