Martha Stewart, 84, has opened up about the unexpected traits she believes make a man attractive.
The lifestyle mogul shared her unfiltered thoughts with PEOPLE. She believes a companion should have certain qualities for her to take a second look.
What Does Martha Stewart Think Makes a Man Irresistible?
Martha Stewart revealed the many different attributes a man should possess to hold her interest. She explained that while many qualities are important, some surprisingly stand out more than others.
She told PEOPLE there are “lots of things” that catch her eye. “Nice-looking, bald or not bald; I don’t care. If they have a nice-shaped head, it’s fine.”
GettyThe lifestyle mogul added other characteristics in a potential partner that she would like. She cited, “Nice teeth and a nice smile,” as well as a “smart, funny” personality.
However, she added, there is one more element to the equation that is equally important to her. She claimed, “Rich helps. Very rich helps even more. A plane and yacht would be very nice. I love yachts.”
Martha Stewart Believes She Brings a Lot to The Dating Game as Well
In an interview with Page Six, Martha Stewart is confident that she, too, is a good catch. She listed all the positive attributes she can bring to a relationship.
“I’m a very good catch,” she explained. “I know how to cook, I know how to clean, I know how to keep a house; those are all very good homemaker skills.”
However, despite all her positive attributes, Stewart says she is single for now. “I don’t have any time,” to date, she revealed. She claims there are days when she leaves her home in the early morning hours and does not return until late evening.
Additionally, Stewart told Paige DeSorbo on her podcast “In Bed with Paige DeSorbo” that being productive remains one of the things that keeps her vital. The two discussed the social media phrase “bed rotting,” where people stay in bed all day to relax. Stewart was aghast. She stated she could “never do that, ever. I have never done that in my entire life, never.”
Additionally, in a vlog for Vogue, Stewart dished how to maintain a youthful appearance while creating the perfect selfie. “Always look up because it gives you a nice jawline. Make sure the light is on your face, hold the camera up, and take a picture. Also, make sure you know how to do kissy lips, pouty lips, sexy eyes.”
Martha Stewart recently appeared in a cameo on the Bravo series “The Real Housewives of New York City.” Additionally, she hosts “The Martha Stewart Podcast” and keeps busy in the lifestyle world, celebrating her 100th cookbook, “Martha: The Cookbook,” in 2024.
