Meredith Marks is clearing the air about her relationship with husband Seth Marks as “The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” returns for Season 6.
Ahead of the premiere, airing Sept. 16 on Bravo, Meredith, 52, shared with Bravo’s The Daily Dish that her marriage is in a strong place — despite what fans or fellow cast members may have speculated.
Meredith & Seth Marks Strengthen Their Marriage After Career Change
“Contrary to what my castmates may see, my dynamic with my husband, which is actually really positive and great,” she said.
While she admitted that she and Seth, also 52, sometimes have “some little squabbles,” Meredith emphasized those moments are normal. “The ones who are trying to say their marriages are all perfect are the ones who usually have the biggest problems,” she added. “So, I’m happy to show that.”
Meredith revealed that Seth’s current role as Senior Vice President of Wholesale Solutions at GA Group has been a game-changer for their marriage. His remote work setup allows the couple more flexibility and time together.
“There’s so much flexibility for him to kind of be able to be wherever I need to be, and that makes things a lot easier. It takes a lot of the conflict away,” Meredith said.
The couple, who wed in 1996 in Chicago and share three children — Reid, Chloe, and Brooks Marks, a “Next Gen NYC” star — have faced challenges over the years due to Seth’s frequent work travel. Since the show’s debut in 2020, his time away has often been a recurring storyline.
Looking Ahead to Season 6 of “Real Housewives of Salt Lake City”
Although Meredith said her marriage is thriving, she admitted her relationships with her castmates were “a little rocky” while filming. Speaking at DIRECTV’s Plot Twist – Featuring Bravo event in August, she shared her frustrations.
“It’s frustrating when you hear people spreading a lot of lies about you,” she said. “I don’t do it to other people, I don’t spread lies. I don’t get it, but I don’t control anyone but myself.”
As the new season kicks off, Meredith is focused on showcasing the truth about her personal life. “Life is good,” she said, adding that she and Seth are enjoying traveling together and attending her DJ events.
Fans can watch “The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” Season 6 premiere on Sept. 16 at 8 p.m. ET on Bravo, with episodes available next day on Peacock.
