Hazel-E of “Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood,” has a major relationship update. TMZ says she is officially dating Blueface, the 28-year-old rapper from Los Angeles who had the world dancing to his unforgettable hit “Thotiana” in 2018.
Hazel, 45, is one of the eight original cast members of “Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood,” which premiered on VH1 in 2014. TMZ says they learned from unnamed sources that the pair of artists are “officially casually dating.” The report adds that the source said they have some history together, and have been talking off and on since 2018. The story explains only now has the timing for a relationship aligned.
Hazel-E Previously Dated Katt Williams
UPI reported Hazel and 54-year-old comedian Katt Williams were a couple back in 2014. At the time, Hazel called the relationship “exciting, new, and refreshing,” per the story. The outlet also quoted her as saying, “I still blush when I see him and that’s every day.”
Ten years later, the media maven reflected on her time with Williams during an appearance on the “We In Miami” podcast. She revealed the Rolex on her wrist had been purchased by the “Scary Movie” star, and said, “I miss his wisdom, his guidance, his hand on me. Anybody that’s worked with Katt, or know Katt, they know that he can put a hand on you and help guide you. He’s guided so many comedians to the next level.”
Hazel also praised Williams for his smarts, declaring, “Katt has the highest IQ score that you can ever get. His mom is a doctor and his dad is a scientist.” When asked whether she would ever reunite romantically with Katt, she played coy, but said, “That’s lil daddy.”
Who Was Blueface Engaged To?
Blueface was previously engaged to former “Baddies Midwest” cast member Jaidyn Alexis, with whom he shares two children. Hot New Hip Hop says the pair has been involved off and on since around 2013. The site says they were engaged as recently as 2023. However, after his release from prison in 2025 for a probation violation, Blueface declared himself “back on the prowl,” per another article on the site.
Blueface also shares a child with gospel hip-hop artist Chrisean Rock, whom Complex says he dated beginning in 2020.
Blueface now appears all in with Hazel-E, judging by a video of the pair looking super close during a night of clubbing at the Memehouse space in Los Angeles.
