Now, Mikayla is officially addressing the rumors on social media.
“No one knows what’s going on except Jace and I,” the 25-year-old shared on social media, as per “The Mormon Wives Report.” “So much context is missing from our story that was supposed to be on the show, that I will hopefully talk about soon when I can gather my thoughts. I am going through a lot, he is going through a lot.”
The Hulu Star Navigates Her Health Conditions Amid the Split
“The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives” star season 3 started to show cracks in Jace and Mikayla’s marriage. While many hoped they would eventually reconcile, it seems the pair thinks a separation is in their best interests for now.
“Last season, we dove into the beginning stages of it, and that was me revisiting all this trauma for the first time as well,” Mikayla shared with PEOPLE ahead of the new “Mormon Wives” season premiere.
“It’s still new to me, and it’s new to him, and we’re just navigating it the best way that we can,” the reality star added. “Unfortunately, I think it’s just something that’s going take a lot more time. I feel like that’s all I can say on it now.”
On top of the martial issues, Mikayla has also been struggling with her chronic health issues. Undoubtedly, the entire situation is only exacerbating her condition.
This week, the Hulu star shared a series of vulnerable photos on Instagram, detailing the extent of the issues. Skin across her face, back, and legs has visible rashes and lesions. Fans hope nothing but the best for Mikayla during her time of need.
