‘Love Island USA’ Season 8 Announces Cast, Premiere Date, How to Watch

A new group of singles is headed to Fiji.

“Love Island USA” season 8 premieres June 2 on Peacock, introducing 12 Islanders who will spend the summer searching for romance while competing for a chance to win $100,000.

The hit reality dating series returns with host Ariana Madix, fan voting, Casa Amor, bombshell arrivals, and the twists that have helped make the show one of Peacock’s biggest reality franchises.

Because the series films in real time, viewers will watch relationships unfold just hours after events take place in Fiji, creating opportunities for fans to influence the season through voting.

“I’m always surprised by who ends up coupling up,” Madix told Peacock Blog. “Sometimes I think you can feel an energy between people that maybe you don’t even see on camera but when you’re there in person you can always kinda feel like, ‘Oooh, there’s some chemistry here.'”

‘Love Island USA’ Season 8 Cast Includes Athletes, Models and Familiar Names

The season 8 cast features Islanders from across the United States and beyond, according to People.

Aniya Harvey arrives from Tyrone, Georgia. The Florida Atlantic University graduate played volleyball and earned a degree in business marketing in 2024. Her father is former NBA player Donnell Harvey.

Beatriz Hatz joins the villa from San Diego. The two-time Paralympian earned a bronze medal at the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games. Hatz told viewers her ideal match is “tall, dark and handsome.”

Los Angeles native Bryce Dettloff works as a DJ, producer, and model. He previously appeared in a DKNY fragrance campaign and joked in the cast video that he also performs electrical work on garbage trucks.

Miami’s Gabriel Vasconcelos described himself as bringing the “Brazilian fire” to Fiji. His love language?

“Making out,” he said.

KC Chandler, a nursing assistant from Fresno, California, believes his profession gives him an advantage.

“Women love men in healthcare,” Chandler said.

Kennesaw, Georgia, native Kenzie Annis recently graduated from nursing school and told viewers she hopes to have a large family one day.

Models, Parents and Business Owners Join the Villa

Melanie Moreno, who manages a bikini store in Los Angeles, used swimwear to describe her dating history.

When asked what bikini style best matched her love life, Moreno replied, “The ones in the damaged bin.”

Sean Reifel enters the villa from Easton, Pennsylvania. The police officer is also a father and said he is looking for someone thoughtful.

Track athlete Sincere Rhea, who competed at the University of Miami and later attended Texas Tech University, described himself as both “cheesy” and a “chaser.”

Model Trinity Tatum is hoping for a fresh start.

The Virginia native said she wants a “respectful man” and is excited to leave her small-town dating experiences behind.

Business owner Vasana Montgomery called herself the “full package” and joked that her friends would need a world map to explain her dating preferences.

One contestant may already be familiar to longtime viewers.

Zach Georgiou is the brother of former Islander Charlie Georgiou.

In the promotional video, Georgiou joked that he was hoping to perform better than his brother.

“My girlfriend needs to love my cat or else she’s out the door,” he said.

Ariana Madix Returns as New Season Expands Coverage

Madix returns as host after helping guide the franchise through its recent growth.

Season 8 will also feature “Summer House” star Ciara Miller and media personality Tefi Pessoa as co-hosts of “Aftersun,” the weekly companion series that breaks down the latest villa drama.

The new season promises the return of fan-favorite elements including recouplings, challenges, surprise arrivals, and Casa Amor.

Viewers can watch new episodes nearly every day of the week. The season premieres June 2 at 9 p.m. ET, with daily episodes scheduled throughout premiere week, including an episode on Wednesday, June 3. “Aftersun” debuts June 13.

Fans hoping to watch will need Peacock Premium or Premium Plus, as the show’s original programming is not available on Peacock’s lower-priced Select plan.

With a diverse cast, real-time drama, and a $100,000 prize at stake, “Love Island USA” season 8 is preparing to kick off another summer in Fiji.
