“The Bold and the Beautiful” spoilers for Tuesday, December 30, reveal that Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) and Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) race against each other to trademark the “Logan” name.
Electra Forrester (Laneya Grace) and Will Spencer (Crew Morrow) offer Dylan (Sydney Bullock) their support.
Meanwhile, Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) wants Katie Logan (Heather Tom) to be free of the Forrester’s influence.
‘The Bold & the Beautiful’ Spoilers: Dylan is Thankful
On Tuesday, Dylan expresses her gratitude to Electra and Will after they step in to help. “The Bold and the Beautiful” spoilers say the couple confirms the art teacher is homeless and decides to offer their support.
Dylan herself comes clean about her living situation, admitting that her car is currently her only home.
Spoilers say Electra and Will offer Dylan a place to stay. Although hesitant at first, Dylan agrees to move into the apartment above the garage.

Meanwhile, the race to trademark “Logan” is on. “The Bold and the Beautiful” spoilers say that upon further checking, Carter realizes that Ridge and Brooke’s no longer has exclusive rights to the name.
“What do you mean it’s expired?” Ridge asks his COO. Carter scrambles to secure it before the Spencers do.
Over at Spencer Publications, Liam does some digging and informs Bill that Ridge’s “Logan” trademark expired a year ago. “The Bold and the Beautiful” spoilers say Bill and Liam won’t waste any time, jumping at the chance to trademark the name before it’s too late.
Both Carter and Liam type as fast as they can to get the rights to the name. Who will end up getting it?

It is definitely time for Forrester to have a rival fashion house. Ridge and Stephie, and now it appears Brooke also, have gotten too big for their britches. I would love to see Hope, Deke and Eric join Katie.
