On Wednesday, Sheila tries again with Deacon. Despite being rejected by her husband, she continues to plead her case, begging him not to shut her out.

However, Luna specifically instructed the inmate not to hurt her stomach. It’s clear that Luna is willing to do anything to get out of jail, even if it means intentionally getting herself hurt.
As expected, Luna makes use of her injury to convince Will that she’s not safe in jail. During a visit, Luna plays victim and shows Will her black eye.
Of course, Will is not falling for it, at least for now. “The Bold and the Beautiful” spoilers say Bill’s son knows what the lunatic is up to.
