Unfortunately for soap fans, “General Hospital” will be preempted for Major League Baseball on Tuesday and Wednesday, so the next new episode this week won’t air until Thursday. The latest spoilers clip teases that Tracy makes a vow to Michael, as Britt and Spinelli bond over Nathan’s return. Anna and Carly clash, as do Liz and Britt.
Let’s take a look at the “General Hospital” preview clip for the episode airing on Thursday, October 2, 2025.
Will Nathan Meet His Son Today?
ABCThe latest promo clip begins with Anna interrogating Carly over Drew’s shooting. Anna has learned that the bullets used to shoot Drew Cain are connected to a weapon owned by the late Edward Quartermaine. That means that the suspect had to have had access to the Q’s gun collection, which redirects the PCPD’s investigation.
Anna is either grilling Carly on her whereabouts or zeroing in on her son, Michael. Either way, Carly is having none of it. “Do your job and stop trying to pin it on the obvious suspect,” Carly blurts out at Anna.
In the next scene, Spinelli talks with Britt about something serious. They are both likely in shock over the return of Nathan, who is Britt’s brother. He is also the biological father of James, his son with Maxie
Britt asks an upset Spinelli, “Do you really think Maxie would be okay with this?” Teasers also indicate that Liz and Britt will clash today, and Nathan lights up while saying hello to someone. Is it his son?
Ric Pulls a Knife on Alexis
ABCIn the next scene, Sonny bumps into Ronnie Bard at GH, and they seem to click. Ronnie says that Tracy Quartermaine can’t scare her off, so their conversation got serious, fast.
Speaking of Tracy, she seems to be having a confrontational talk with Michael. “You’re so sure I’m lying, go to the cops,” he says to her. Tracy makes a vow. She is likely more inclined to protect the family than ever since Monica’s passing. But did Michael actually shoot Drew?
Ric has been held captive in Alexis’s basement for weeks, and unbeknownst to her, he is finally free. He spat out the last sleeping pill that Ava tried to feed him, and he has finally gotten out of his restraints. Alexis lies down to rest, having no clue that Ric is actually free and skulking around her house at least until he puts a knife to her throat. How far is Ric willing to go?
