‘Young & the Restless’ & ‘Beyond the Gates’ Massive Crossover in the Works

Soap fans are in for a major treat as “Beyond the Gates” and “The Young and the Restless” are getting a massive crossover.

On January 27, CBS announced that the two soaps are slated for a “landmark daytime television event, a sweeping multi-episode crossover between its powerhouse daytime dramas.”

This marks the third crossover between “BTG” and “Y&R,” but this time the event is even bigger, with multiple residents of Genoa City set to appear.

Who’s Coming To Fairmont Crest?

According to a press release from CBS, fans can expect to see six “The Young and the Restless” cast members coming to “Beyond the Gates.”

“The ambitious storyline will transport six iconic residents from ‘Y&R’s’ Genoa City into ‘BTG’s’ posh, gated community Fairmont Crest and will air on ‘Beyond the Gates’ in June,” the network teased.

The lineup includes Victor Newman (Eric Braeden), Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott), Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman), Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor), Diane Jenkins Abbott (Susan Walters), Devon Winters (Bryton James), and Abby Newman Winters (Melissa Ordway).

What To Expect on ‘Beyond the Gates’ & ‘The Young & the Restless’ Crossover?

In the highly anticipated crossover episodes, “longtime close friends Vernon Dupree (Clifton Davis) and the powerful patriarch of the Newman family, the legendary Victor Newman, arriving in grand style at Fairmont Crest, reunite at a high-profile political fundraiser,” the press release teased.

Victor has been a strong supporter of Vernon’s political ambitions for years. In return, Vernon backed legislation that benefited Newman Enterprises.

“Now, Vernon has asked Victor to serve as the keynote speaker for his grandson Martin’s [Brandon Claybon] fundraiser,” the statement continued.

As for Kyle, he’s a longtime friend of Martin Dupree (Brandon Claybon), who first bonded after college in New York City.

“Martin extended the invitation to Kyle, who arrived alongside his parents, Jack and Diane,” the network teased.

Meanwhile, Abby and Devon are also on the VIP guest list, “with Devon fielding an unexpected business opportunity from Anita Dupree (Tamara Tunie).”

The preview continued, “As the evening unfolds, a shocking event occurs, abruptly derailing the fundraiser and triggering dramatic consequences that will impact every guest in attendance.”

James was the first CBS soap star to cross over “Beyond the Gates” in August 2025. At the time, Devon shared scenes with Vernon, Anita, and Dani Dupree.

“The Bold and the Beautiful” star Thorsten Kaye also made his own crossover as Ridge Forrester, sharing scenes with Dani and Andre.
