“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Tuesday, February 24, reveal that Victor keeps Nikki in the dark about his time out of town.
Nate and Victoria share a warm moment. Plus, Daniel cuts ties with Phyllis.
‘The Young & the Restless’ Spoilers: Nikki vs. Diane
On Tuesday, Nikki and Victor spend time together at the GCAC. “The Young and the Restless” spoilers say Nikki asks Victor where he’s been and his answers are somewhat vague.
“We’ll just say I gave Cane Ashby a few incentives,” The Mustache says as they toast.
Nikki then goes to the ladies’ room, and Diane follows. She’s surprised that her rival is out on the town with her husband after losing Newman and Chancellor.
The two ladies bicker for a bit, with Nikki calling Diane insecure. Diane claps back, telling Nikki she’s always playing damsel in distress. Nikki takes a dig at Diane’s lipstick before walking away.
Later, at the Newman ranch, Victor delivers some bad news for Nick. “The judge who was hearing the case against Matt threw it out,” Victor says, explaining that Matt Clark is now free.
Daniel Disowns Phyllis
At the Crimson Lights, Phyllis rages at Daniel for sabotaging her relationship with Summer. “The Young and the Restless” spoilers say Phyllis blames Daniel for the way Summer treated her during a visit.
“You and Nick got in her head and made her think I did all of these horrible things,” Phyllis tells Daniel. “Do you really think you’re going to get away with that? No way in hell, Daniel.”
Daniel tries to leave, but his mother continues to target him, asking how long he’s been out of a job.
“You could work with me, have any job you want, be your own boss,” she offers her son.
Daniel reminds Phyllis that if she goes through with her plan, she will lose him and Summer. “You have gone too far. I am done,” Daniel tells Phyllis, cutting her off from his life.
Old Feelings & Old Rivalry Reignite
At Society, Victoria tells Nate about trip to Milan to talk to Summer. She also tells him about her plan to get the family company back.
“The Young and the Restless” spoilers say Nate wonders if Victoria has a backup plan in case things don’t work out.
“I want this to work out for you but if things don’t go as planned, what are some other options for you?” he asks her.
Victoria insists failure is not an option, adding that she wants to preserve her father’s legacy. However, she admits she’s upset because Adam seems to have taken her place as Victor’s right hand.
“The Young and the Restless” spoilers say Victoria is determined to be the one to return the company to Victor, and not Adam.
Nate tells Victoria she’s brilliant, showing her his full support. She thanks him as they walk outside together.
“Well, I care about your future,” Nate tells Victoria. “And you.” They kiss.
