Donna Kelce is opening up about the support she received from her family, including future daughter-in-law Taylor Swift, during her brief but memorable appearance on “The Traitors.”

During the Season 4 reunion special of Peacock’s hit reality competition series, Kelce revealed that Swift was among those tuning in and cheering her on from home.
“Yes, she’s a watcher. So is her family,” Kelce shared during the reunion. “They love Traitors.”
The 73-year-old made a surprise appearance this season as the franchise’s first-ever “secret traitor,” a twist that immediately generated buzz among viewers — and clearly caught the attention of Swift and her family as well.
Kelce also shared that her loved ones were impressed by her gameplay, even if they were surprised by how strategic she turned out to be.
“They thought that I gave it my best shot,” she said. “But they’re like, you know, you were probably more treacherous than we thought you could be.”

Kelce appeared in three episodes of the Emmy-winning series before being “banished” from the game. Though her stint was short-lived, she later returned for the reunion episode, where she reflected on her experience as the show’s first “secret traitor.”
Her appearance also sparked reactions from her sons, Travis and Jason Kelce, who discussed their mom’s competitive reality TV debut on their New Heights podcast last month.
“I thought she did fantastic,” Jason said. “Like, I know she was eliminated, but I think it’s really hard to go into those shows as, like, an outsider that you become, like, an easy target to try and maneuver in that show.”
He added, “I loved watching her in it. She was way more deceitful and devious than I thought Mom could ever be, which was surprising.”
Travis echoed that pride, saying he enjoyed seeing his mom embrace the moment.
“I was so proud of her, man,” he said. “She looked like she was having a blast, enjoying it all. It was just so cool to see her in this moment.”
He also praised comedian Ron Funches for supporting their mother during the season, noting that Funches “stuck by her and was kind to her,” even after discovering her secret traitor status.
Though Kelce’s time on The Traitors was brief, her strategic twist and the enthusiastic support from her family — including Swift — ensured her appearance left a lasting impression.
