Kelsea Ballerini gave a look at the vibe among Season 27 coaches for “The Voice” when she shared a Thanksgiving group chat to her Instagram story.
Ballerini captioned the photo, “Our season 27 group chat in a nutshell. Love these guys and can’t wait for y’all to see next season wooooo!”
The chat revealed an easy and joking camaraderie among Ballerini and two of the coaches for the next season, Adam Levine and Michael Buble.
She wrote, “Cooking my first turkey praying it doesn’t embarrass me. I love and miss yall. Happy Thanksgiving brothers.”
Levine responded, “Why does that turkey look so wee and small.”
Michael Buble Also Joined in the Group Chat
GettyMichael Buble responded with a “lol” and a laughing crying emoji and wrote, “That turkey looks huge to me.”
In the group chat, Ballerini shared a photo showing a piece of turkey in a bowl with her giving the middle finger. The story is no longer visible, but Entertainment Now reviewed it before the story disappeared.
John Legend is among “The Voice” coaches for Season 27 as well, according to NBC News, although he didn’t weigh in on the chat, at least not in the piece of it Ballerini shared.
According to NBC, although Ballerini will be coaching for the first time on season 27, she was an advisor for Kelly Clarkson’s team on Season 16, and she has served as a guest coach. In addition, she was a coach on “Comeback Stage,” described by NBC as a “spin-off web series” involving contestants who weren’t chosen.
Levine is returning to the show after serving as a coach for its first 16 seasons, NBC reported, adding that only Blake Shelton served as a coach longer than Levine did on the show. Legend also served as a coach on “The Voice” for years.
Ballerini has 4.2 million followers on Instagram.
Kelsea Ballerini Shared a Photo Showing Her Cooking a Larger Turkey
Ballerini did share a photo of her cooking a much larger turkey to her Instagram page.
“Turkey: 5/10. Thanksgiving karaoke: 1000/10,” she wrote. “Grateful for so so much, mostly the love that we get and we give away. 🤍”
The series of photos with that picture collage included her dog, karaoke scenes, and the partially eaten turkey,
