Season 28 of “The Voice” is set to return, welcoming back fan-favorite coaches Reba McEntire, Michael Bublé, Niall Horan, and Snoop Dogg. After winning Season 25 with Asher HaVon, Reba stepped away to focus on her NBC comedy “Happy’s Place.”
Now, she’s back and geared up to take on the competition once again.

Why the Country Star Is Excited to Coach Again
Reba has grown into a confident coach over the seasons, but the competition remains fierce. Both Niall and Michael have each won two seasons, the only seasons they were on.
“The reason I’m really excited about coming back is I know what’s happening now,” Reba says. “The first season, I was very nervous. I didn’t know what to do, didn’t know what to say. Second season, better. Third season, better. Fourth season with these guys, it’s the best. They make me laugh, and there’s nothing better than getting a good belly laugh four or five times a day.”

Reba also treasures the chance to guide and mentor artists. “It doesn’t matter what genre they’re singing,” she explains. “If it touches my heart, I’m going to be turning around. You never know. Even if they’re not from my genre – country music – maybe they see something in me that I could contribute to their career and help them out to win this show. And to teach them what you’ve learned in your career, I’m really looking forward to that.”
How Reba Chooses Artists for Her Team

Reba looks for talent that resonates with her personally. She values growth, connection, and the chance to guide contestants through their journeys. Her approach is heartfelt and strategic, aiming to balance her experience with the ambitions of her team members.
