We are heading into the final night of the Knockouts on “The Voice” season 28, and fans are already buzzing about this showdown for Team Snoop. For this Knockout on “The Voice” 2025, Snoop Dogg has paired up YOSHIHANAA against Lauren Anderson. The performances leave the coaches raving, and fans debating on social media on who should be picked as the winner and move on to the Playoffs on “The Voice” season 28.
Team Snoop Knockout on ‘The Voice’
For the Knockouts, there are no Saves or Steals. That means the coaches pick a winner, who moves on to the Playoffs, which start on Monday, December 1. Meanwhile, the loser will be eliminated from the competition.
While the coaches determine the pairings, the artists get to choose the song they will sing. They get some tips from their coach, as well as Mega Mentor Zac Brown for Team Snoop.
For this Knockout, NBC shared a sneak peek of the performances and coaches’ feedback. YOSHIHANAA performs “You’re All I Need to Get By” by Marvin Gaye & Tammi Terrell. Then Lauren takes the stage and performs “Try” by P!nk.
Coaches Are Impressed
After two impressive performances, we get to see some feedback from the coaches in the sneak peek video. Niall Horan tells YOSHIHANAA that she looks like a superstar up there. He was impressed with her control, but then he loved Lauren’s stage presence and how she did an amazing job on a huge song.
Reba McEntire thought Lauren was very entertaining, and she loved how she worked her shawl. She said she wasn’t expecting that from YOSHIHANAA, but went on to say they are blessed to have two beautiful, talented women on “The Voice.”
Snoop chimed in, saying he was the only chair for Lauren, and she gets better every time she takes the stage. He loved the power of YOSHIHANAA’s voice and her stage control. In the end, he can only pick one, so which one will it be?
‘The Voice’ Fans Chime In
While we have to wait until Monday night to learn who Snoop picked as the winner, fans of the show jumped on social media to share their thoughts.
Both artists were getting love from the fans, with one person writing, “I mean Yoshihanaa is insane. Mic drop,” and another user adding, “Yoshi definitely has that Patti labelle in her.”
For Lauren, one person wrote, “Lauren was amazing too singing Pink 🩷, was great,” and another person wrote, “Lauren killed it. yosh not so much.”
When picking a winner, it was split. One person wrote, “Yoshihanaa out sang that other gal by leaps and bounds. 🔥,” while another said, “Lauren wins it for me, but Yoshianaa (love the boots lol) did a fantastic job. I just prefer Lauren’s style of singing more.”
“The Voice” season 28 airs Monday nights at 9 p.m. ET/PT on NBC. Episodes are available to stream the next day on Peacock.
