Joseph Duggar’s future has been revealed after his release from prison. He was previously transferred from the Washington County Jail in Fayetteville, Arkansas, to the Bay County Jail in Panama City, FL.
On Tuesday, March 31, the TLC star was hit with felony charges in Florida before he was released on bond. Duggar pleaded not guilty and demanded a jury trial. His next court date is scheduled for April 20, 2026.

Despite appearing on TLC’s “Counting On” and “19 Kids and Counting,” Duggar has worked as a real estate agent in Arkansas for seven years. He and his family achieved fame on their reality platforms. Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar pitched the idea of their ever-growing family.
Duggar followed in his father’s footsteps by becoming a successful realtor. His license is active in Tonitown, a city located north of Washington County. Duggar works for the company, Good Neighbor Realty.
According to the documents obtained by The U.S. Sun, the license expires on December 31, 2026. In addition, Steve Guntharp, Chief of Staff for the Arkansas Department of Labor and Licensing, confirmed to the outlet that Duggar can resume work.
“The Arkansas Real Estate Commission is currently monitoring the situation and will begin an investigation if Mr. Duggar either pleads guilty or is convicted,” Guntharp said in a statement.

The Commission may deny, revoke, or suspend a license to protect the public. However, this isn’t the cast at the moment. Duggar has closed 105 sales totaling $39.2 million, according to Homes.com.
Duggar has two active listings on RateMyAgent. One is for a two-bedroom, two-bathroom home that’s listed at $470,000, and the other is for 1.76 acres of land for $197,950.
Duggar’s last sale was on February 26, 2026. He sold a five-bedroom, three-bathroom home. However, there are no other details about the sale on the website.
Duggar has always been passionate about real estate, having grown up in the family business. On the Duggar family’s old website, the sibling would write, “I have recently finished my Real Estate Brokers License and have enjoyed getting to work in the Real Estate Industry.”
Aside from real estate, Duggar also enjoyed working on DIY projects. His other interests include enjoying the great outdoors and playing sports with his brothers. It’s unclear whether Duggar will continue working amid his legal troubles.
