“Sister Wives” stars Kody and Janelle Brown welcomed six children during their marriage. Madison Brown Brush is the couple’s second-oldest child and the oldest daughter.
Though the Brown family has experienced many changes and hurdles over the last few years, Caleb and Maddie Brush’s love remains strong. As they celebrate their 10th wedding anniversary, the couple looks back on their special day with fondness.
Janelle Brown’s Oldest Daughter Celebrates 10 Years of Marriage
In the early days of “Sister Wives,” Kody and Janelle Brown’s daughter Maddie was a bit rebellious. Fans watched her grow up onscreen and go on to build a beautiful family of her own. While her relationship with Kody is still strained, she and Janelle are incredibly close and even business partners.
Caleb Brush and Madison Brown tied the knot onscreen in a beautiful outdoor ceremony on June 4, 2016. After 10 years, they’re still going strong.
“Cheers to 10 years my love! 🩵” Maddie captioned an Instagram post. She included a sweet photo from their wedding day. “Thank you for loving me patiently, steadily, and passionately. I love you more than I will ever have words for. Thank you for this beautiful life we have built. There is no one I would rather do it with.”
Fans left incredibly kind comments for the happy couple.
“Happy anniversary. You have survived much in the past 10 years. May your love for each other continue to grow,” one follower wrote.
“You’ve made a BEAUTIFUL life for yourself! Happy Anniversary!” another added.
Like many other major milestones in the Brown family’s life, Maddie’s engagement and lead up to the wedding all happened in front of cameras.
In 2016, Maddie recalled the big proposal in an interview with PEOPLE. She and Caleb went for a romantic ATV ride up to a scenic point.
“It was cold and we were huddled in jackets and I thought he was crazy to stop,” Maddie remembered. “He said to come look over here. So I walked with him to the edge. He told me he could never express how much he loved me, but he wanted to spend his life trying, and went down on one knee and pulled out a box.”
Of course, it was an easy decision for the TLC star.
“I started kissing him and saying, ‘Yes, yes!'” she told the outlet.
The Brush Family Has Four Children of Their Own
Caleb and Maddie Brush have no interest in polygamy. However, they have quite a large family of their own. To date, they are the parents of Janelle Brown’s only grandchildren. Together, they are the parents of four: son Axel James, 8, and daughters Evangalynn Kodi, 6, Josephine Lee, 3, and Emilia Estelle, 15 months.
Emilia Estelle was born after Maddie’s younger brother, Garrison, passed away. They chose the name “Estelle,” Latin for “star,” in Garrison’s honor. He was a skilled photographer with a passion for capturing the night sky.
“Sister Wives” season 21 is expected to debut on TLC sometime this fall.
