In case you forgot — or didn’t know in the first place — Sarah Michelle Gellar and Brendan Fraser appeared together in 2007’s “The Air I Breathe.” Granted, it seems like the pair have a friendship that goes beyond being co-stars. That’s surely why they recently went out on a double date.
Gellar, who was with her husband Freddie Prinze Jr. on the date, took to Instagram on Friday, October 3, to share a photo of herself, her spouse, Fraser, and Fraser’s girlfriend, makeup artist Jeanne Moore.
In the first couple of photos, the foursome can be seen smiling at the camera, while the following pics offer a glimpse at what they were eating (including a giant serving of French fries). In one of the final shots, Fraser can be seen smiling at his girlfriend as she looks at a sparkler, which was apparently “atop a dessert to celebrate her birthday,” according to People.
Gellar added a caption, saying, “Who I share it with @realfreddieprinze @jeannemoore1001 #brendanfraser”
Fans Loved Seeing the Stars Together

“Brendan and Buffy together! Oh, my God. If it is a dream, don’t wake me up❤️❤️,” one person wrote, referring to Gellar’s iconic role in the original “Buffy the Vampire Slayer” series.
Another person left a comment, saying, “‘Friends with Brendan Fraser’ is like the watermark of a truly quality human. He is such a next level person, and anyone who hangs with him? Same.”

Some People Had an Idea for the ‘Buffy the Vampire Slayer’ Reboot
GettyFans of Gellar are surely well aware of the fact that a “Buffy the Vampire Slayer” reboot is in the works. Well, seeing her with Fraser sparked an idea for some social media users.
“Brendan Fraser in the new Buffy would be a 90’s dream team,” one person on Instagram wrote in response to Gellar’s post.
Another person had a similar idea with a bit of a twist, writing, “Omg can he please play a villain in the new buffy reboot!!! Brendan!!!!!!! 😍😍😍😍”
