Valerie Bertinelli has been doing a little housecleaning, and the result is a sexy blast from the past.
On Friday, August 7, the former “Hot in Cleveland” star displayed some racy photos from back in the day that can be conservatively described as sizzling.
A Sexy Throwback
“#throwback 1979? I’ve been doing a massive amount of decluttering around the house, going through old memorabilia… and stumbled upon a bunch of these negatives,” the Food Network alum wrote in the caption.
“I had totally forgotten that I had them, which is why we probably haven’t seen them in print anywhere. Now I don’t know what to do with them,” Bertinelli added.
“But I have an idea…” she continued. “My brother @davidpbertinelli and I have a new show called Undeveloped, premiering today @itsvaleriesplace ❤️ Maybe I should get him to do something with them? Or not? Toss or save?”
The Fans Have Spoken
Bertinelli’s post was greeted with a tsunami of comments in response, overwhelmingly urging her to save the photos.
“This is iconic, beautiful unfiltered unapologetic pictures of you,” gushed one comment.
“So smoking hot!” observed another, while one fan recalled having a crush on the star during her “One Day At a Time” years.
Another fan issued a comment that was downright flirty. “Hmmmm toss ’em…my way 🤭💐🥰,” the comment read.
‘Undeveloped’
As Bertinelli mentioned in her post, she’s partnered with her brother David to launch a new series, “Undeveloped – Stories from the Vault.”
Available to watch on Bertinelli’s website, “Undeveloped” takes viewers on a journey through her past via never-before-seen photos taken by her photographer brother.
“In the first episode of ‘Undeveloped,’ my brother David reaches back for three photos I hadn’t seen in years, one I had never seen!” she writes of the debut episode on her site.

Delving Into the Past
As it happens, Bertinelli has been spending a lot of time revisiting her past in recent months.
In addition to “Undeveloped,” back in March she unveiled her memoir, “Getting Naked.”
In the book, she recalls how 2024 had been a particularly rotten year for her.
“I had four surgeries, I was going through emotional turmoil with some people in my life,” she revealed during a visit to NBC’s “Today.”
Part Memoir, Part Self-Help Guide
There’s more to “Getting Naked” than Bertinelli’s memories. The book’s subtitle — “The Quiet Work of Becoming Perfectly Imperfect” — reveals the memoir is also a self-help guide intended to inspire.
“I wanted it to be a little book people could tuck in their purse and bring out for inspiration,” she explained
“Then I thought, well, if I’m going to tell people how to love themselves, I better start loving myself, too,” she continued.
“I thought I was there and I just realized, after my worst year in 2024, that I think I have more work to do,” Bertinelli added. “So, I really got into intensive work and really worked hard to get down deep to the trauma, so I could finally make peace with it.”
