Frankie Grande isn’t interested in playing matchmaker for his sister, Ariana Grande.
The “Big Brother” alum responded after current Season 28 contestant Kamu Kirk gave Ariana a shout-out during Thursday night’s live eviction episode, sparking a viral exchange on social media.

As he cast his vote to evict during the Aug. 6 live episode, Kirk looked into the camera and made an unexpected request.
“Frankie Grande, tell your sister to hit me up!” he said.
The moment quickly spread across social media and caught the attention of Frankie, who was attending Ariana’s “Eternal Sunshine Tour” concert that same night.
Frankie Grande’s Blunt Response Goes Viral
Frankie didn’t hold back when responding on X.
“Not a f***ing chance Kamu,” he wrote alongside a selfie from the concert. “You can eat my ass.”
After one social media user suggested Frankie was giving Kirk unnecessary attention, the Broadway performer fired back.
“He hasn’t seen anything cause he’s … in the house. Are you … OK?” Frankie replied, referencing the fact that “Big Brother” contestants are isolated from the outside world while competing.
The Pair Previously Clashed Over Live Feed Comments
The exchange comes weeks after Frankie criticized Kirk over comments made during the “Big Brother 28” live feeds.
During a conversation with fellow houseguest Rick Devens, Kirk reacted to alliance member Drew Campbell wearing unicorn-themed pajamas. When Devens asked whether the pajamas were “dudes dressed in women’s clothes,” Kirk said he had also been asked to wear them but declined.
“I said, ‘Bro, miss me with the drag stuff.’ I’m still an MMA guy, and I have an image to uphold,” Kirk said.
The comments drew backlash from Frankie, who initially condemned both Kirk and Devens in a strongly worded social media post.
He later clarified that he may have reacted too quickly regarding Devens, saying there wasn’t enough context to determine his intentions. Frankie also acknowledged that engaging with the situation online had been “a mistake.”
“After leaving the show and getting sober, I’ve been nothing but an advocate for the LGBTQ+ community,” Frankie wrote at the time. “So seeing things like that and seeing people in the house that are definitely homophobic is just hard for me. It always is. And I should not engage on X.”
Ariana Grande Hasn’t Responded
Ariana Grande has not publicly addressed Kirk’s on-air shout-out.
The Oscar-nominated singer is currently wrapping up her “Eternal Sunshine Tour” before taking what she has described as a planned break from the spotlight.
“It is something that I had decided, a plan I had quietly made a long time ago, and it’s a decision that was made from a thoughtful and empowered place,” Ariana told fans during an Aug. 3 concert. “No matter what noises exist out there, nothing will be able to distort my reality… than this love that we share and how it feels to make art with people that I love and respect.”
Meanwhile, Jason De Puy, Kirk’s former “Big Brother” housemate, who performs in drag as Salina EsTitties — previously reflected on the earlier controversy following his eviction.
“For me personally, I could tell that the drag really made him uncomfortable,” Jason told Us Weekly. “A lot of the times, it wasn’t even because of me. It was Drew parading around the house… and messing with him.”
