Amanda Batula Breaks Silence With First Instagram Post Since March Featuring Numerous Snaps With West Wilson

Bravo star Amanda Batula is giving her Instagram followers a rare glimpse into her life just months after she and her “Summer House” co-star West Wilson confirmed their romance in late March.

Batula has remained relatively quiet on Instagram since the pair made their relationship public, sharing only a handful of Instagram Stories. Now, she has officially broken her silence with a carousel of photos of how she’s spending her last days of summer, and they feature several snapshots with Wilson.

Amanda Batula is back on Instagram, and her latest post gives Bravo fans a rare look at her life with boyfriend and former “Summer House” co-star West Wilson.

Batula’s photos show the star enjoying a fun-filled vacation with Wilson and several friends. In more than one photo, the group can be seen sporting matching Newport sweatshirts as they spend the day together on a boat. Another photo shows Batula resting her head on Wilson’s shoulder in their matching sweaters, and a second sees the reality star sitting on Wilson’s lap.

Batula also poses on the beach wearing a large Montana State sweatshirt, the same sweatshirt Wilson wears in a later photo. Wilson attended Montana State University, where he played college football.

There’s also a snapshot of Batula and Wilson lying in the grass with a friend, grabbing drinks, and a restaurant table with plates of oysters and dirty martinis. In one moment, Wilson sits on Batula’s lap as they wait for a train, a flirtatious gesture he’s become known for doing on “Summer House.”

Batula’s post comes nearly five months since she and Wilson announced their romantic relationship on March 31. According to People, a joint Instagram post read, “We’ve seen the growing online speculation, so while this is still very new, we wanted to provide some clarity. It was never our intention to purposely hide anything. Given the complicated relationship dynamics involved and the scrutiny that comes with being on a reality show, we need a little space to process things privately before speaking on it.”

Amanda Batula and West Wilson attend a previous “Summer House” reunion. A new eyewitness report claims the pair exchanged “I love you” during a recent weekend together in Wisconsin.

“We’ve shown up for each other as friends over the years, through all the highs and lows, and what’s developed recently was the last thing either of us expected. Our connection grew out of a genuine, long-standing friendship, which made it especially important for us to approach this with care.”

“As our feelings evolved, we wanted to take time to understand exactly what we were feeling. We also recognize that this has had an impact beyond just us and never wanted our actions to cause any hurt or be perceived as careless. We truly appreciate the understanding and respect as we navigate this,” it ended.

The new couple faced plenty of scrutiny from their “Summer House” castmates, particularly because they kept their romance under wraps and Wilson had previously been romantically involved with his co-star and Batula’s good friend, Ciara Miller. Their announcement also came just two months after Batula and Kyle Cooke announced their separation.

It’s no surprise given the immense backlash to their romance that Batula and Wilson were not asked back on “Summer House” season 11.

Wilson confirmed his exit from the show after three seasons in a June TikTok video, stating, “That is true. But in their defense, I don’t think it would have been a fun summer.”

Batula first starred on “Summer House” as a friend of the cast during season one in 2017 before becoming a full-time cast member the following season. She has remained a mainstay on the Bravo series since season 10. Batula did star on the show’s spinoff, “In the City,” which gave fans a closer look at her relationship breakdown with Cooke. It’s unclear whether Batula will return for season 2.

The official cast of “Summer House” season 11 will include Ciara Miller, Kyle Cooke, Jesse Solomon, Bailey Taylor, KJ Dillard, Lindsay Hubbard, Mia Calabrese and Carl Radke. Season 10 stars Ben Waddell, Dara Levitan and Levi Sebree are not returning.
