Andy Cohen Teases ‘Summer House’ Reunion as ‘One of the Most Intense’ Yet

Andy Cohen is setting expectations sky-high for the upcoming “Summer House” reunion — and if his early reaction is any indication, fans are in for a dramatic ride.

After wrapping filming on Thursday, April 23, Cohen took to Instagram Stories to share his immediate thoughts, and he didn’t hold back.

Cohen Didn’t Hold Back

“Well, I’m walking out of the ‘Summer House’ reunion. I’ve probably hosted over 100 reunions, maybe 150, something like that,” he said in the video. “This was one of the most intense we’ve ever shot. This was a lot. This was a lot. It was very intense, you guys. And every question was asked. Every question was asked.”

Later, Cohen clarified he’s actually hosted closer to 200 reunions across Bravo shows — making his description even more notable given his experience moderating some of reality TV’s most heated moments.

The buzz surrounding the reunion has been building for weeks, largely fueled by the complicated relationship dynamics between cast members.

At the center of it all are Amanda Batula and West Wilson, who recently confirmed their romance after months of speculation.

Their relationship didn’t just surprise fans — it also added layers of tension within the cast.

Batula was previously close friends with Wilson’s ex, Ciara Miller, and had been married to Kyle Cooke, a longtime friend of Wilson’s, before their split earlier this year.

All four are part of the current season, setting the stage for what appears to be a deeply personal and emotional reunion.

Earlier in the day, Bravo released a first look at the reunion seating chart, placing Batula, Wilson, Miller and Cooke closest to Cohen — a clear sign they’ll be front and center in the conversation.

Batula and Wilson Confirmed Their Relationship Last Month

When Batula and Wilson publicly addressed their relationship, they emphasized that it grew naturally over time despite the complicated circumstances.

“It was never our intention to purposely hide anything,” they shared in a joint statement. “Given the complicated relationship dynamics involved and the scrutiny that comes with being on a reality show, we need a little space to process things privately before speaking on it.”

They added, “Our connection grew out of a genuine, long-standing friendship, which made it especially important for us to approach this with care.”

Still, the situation hasn’t been easy for everyone involved.

Miller Recently Broke Her Silence

Miller spoke candidly in a recent interview about how the news affected her, especially given her past friendship with Batula.

“I have championed you,” Miller said. “I have tried to be there in different ways for you and help you and get you to see your value in yourself. And so to be disregarded in such a disrespectful way is … I’m at a loss for words sometimes.”

She also noted that her own relationship with Wilson hadn’t been entirely closed off, explaining, “West and I were working on our relationship… Because we are exes, sometimes you spin the block.”

Batula and Cooke Split in January

Meanwhile, Batula and Cooke announced their separation in January after four years of marriage, sharing that the decision was mutual and rooted in personal growth.

With emotions still clearly running high, Cohen’s promise that “every question was asked” suggests nothing will be left unresolved.
