Ariana Biermann Confirms She’s Single After Giving Hudson McLeroy Romance Another Chance

Ariana Biermann is single again after giving her longtime relationship with Hudson McLeroy another chance.

The “Next Gen NYC” star confirmed during an Aug. 6 interview with E! News that she and McLeroy are no longer dating. The update comes after the former couple reconnected earlier this year following their initial breakup in October 2025.

“I’m a single girl,” Biermann said, according to Bravo’s The Daily Dish. Despite ending their romance, Biermann made it clear that she and McLeroy remain important parts of each other’s lives.

“He will always be like a dear friend and a close person in my life,” she added. “There will always be love there.”

Rather than pointing to a dramatic falling out, Biermann explained that they ultimately realized they are currently heading in different directions.

Ariana Biermann Says She and Hudson McLeroy Are in a ‘Great Place’

Biermann said she and McLeroy decided to give their relationship another opportunity but ultimately determined that separating was the right decision.

“Our paths right now are just still in two different ways,” she told E! News. “We gave it a shot one more time, and it just didn’t work out, but we’re in a great place still with each other.”

Biermann added that she continues to care deeply about McLeroy and wants the best for him.

The pair initially ended their relationship in October 2025 after three years of officially dating. Their breakup became part of the storyline on Season 2 of “Next Gen NYC.”

At the time, Biermann acknowledged that ending a long-term relationship was difficult but said they both understood they needed to make the best decisions for themselves.

Their story did not end there.

According to Bravo, Biermann revealed in July that she and McLeroy had reconnected earlier in 2026 while they were each navigating challenging periods in their personal lives.

Ariana Biermann Previously Said They Were Taking Things ‘Day by Day’

Biermann explained that she wanted to support McLeroy during a difficult period early in the year, which eventually led them to begin talking again.

“He’s somebody that will always be important to me,” she previously told Bravo Insider.

However, Biermann remained realistic about their reconciliation.

She described their renewed relationship as something they were taking “day by day” because they still needed to address the issues that contributed to their original breakup.

During a July appearance on “Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen,” Biermann similarly explained that they were together but continuing to figure out what their future looked like.

“I don’t want to have the back and forth again,” she said. “I just want to make sure that we can still grow independently.”

Her latest update suggests that independence ultimately became the right path for both of them.

Biermann and McLeroy’s evolving relationship continues to play a role in Season 2 of “Next Gen NYC,” which follows Biermann and her New York City friend group through changing relationships, friendships and careers.

While their romantic reconciliation did not last, Biermann’s comments suggest the pair has been able to preserve the friendship underneath their longtime relationship.

For now, Biermann is embracing being single while remaining appreciative of the connection she and McLeroy have shared. Rather than viewing their latest split as another chapter of conflict, she appears focused on allowing both of them to move forward individually while continuing to care about one another.
