Charley Manley sees a potential love connection for her “Southern Charm” co-stars Austen Kroll and Salley Carson. During a Jan. 21 appearance on “Watch What Happens Live,” the Bravo TV newcomer played a game of “Agree or Disagree” alongside fellow guest Dylan Efron.
Host Andy Cohen first asked the duo if Kroll and his former girlfriend, Audrey Pratt, should “give their relationship another shot.” Manley and Efron both held up their “Disagree” paddles.
Cohen’s next question was, “Salley and Austen are actually meant to be. One, two, agree or disagree?”
Manley quickly held up “Agree,” prompting Cohen to ask her, “You think Salley and Austen are meant to be?”
“They’re the same person,” Manley replied.
Carson, who was sitting in the audience to support her “WWHL “Southern Charm” co-star, appeared embarrassed when the camera panned on her. “Don’t put it on me, I’m turning red,” she said.
“Oh my God. She cried. She turned red. Everything’s happening,” Cohen noted.
Fans Think Salley Carson and Austen Kroll Are Dating

“Salley & Austen are 💯 dating!!!” one fan wrote.
“Sneaky Salley……,” another cracked.
It’s not the first time fans have speculated on the duo’s relationship status. In early January, fans reacted to an Instagram video posted by Madison LeCroy in which Carson and Kroll appeared to be very chummy.
“I’m sat and ready for the Sally & Austen hard launch. I think they are cute together,” one fan wrote in the comments.
“I am hoping Austen and Salley go the distance,” another added.
Salley Carson Expressed an Interest in Austen Kroll When He Was Dating Audrey Pratt
BravoCarson has not hidden the fact that she had an attraction to Kroll. Even when he was still dating Pratt during the beginning of filming for “Southern Charm” Season 11, she joked about hooking up with him.
“I’m a girl’s girl,” Carson said in the Season 11 episode titled “Making Waves.” “I love Audrey, but my personality fits with Austen very well. I mean, would I hook up with him? The day after they break up, let’s go!”
During a January 2026 appearance on WWHL, Carson also admitted, “Austen’s always been on my radar.”
She explained, “Austen’s just become one of my closest friends, he genuinely, there’s not a day we don’t talk. We were just talking in the dressing room. We do have very similar personalities. We have a lot of fun together.”
Kroll has insisted he is just friends with Carson, despite their flirting both on and off camera.
“Look, Salley is a massive flirt. And I think that the audience would agree that I myself am a flirt,” the “South Carolina businessman “Southern Charm” veteran told Page Six’s Virtual Reali-Tea in December. “Salley and I honestly are really good friends, and I really, really appreciate her friendship, and I’m really happy for it to be honest. Salley and I have gotten close as friends.”

You wish you had everything Craig has, money career and his beautiful house only he had his heart broken in a million pieces on live TV. Hang in there Craig the right girl is right around the corner. You’ll make a great husband who loves hard and we all know you are ready to find that right girl and get married and start a beautiful family. We know you are not a cheater. And Madison just remember how Austin treated you. But thank God you kicked his ass to the curb and found your soul mate love of your life. As far as us viewers are concerned Austin is a real snake in the grass. We wouldn’t cry if he left the show for good…PERIOD
