In an interview with The Daily Dish, Titheradge revealed that he is happily seeing someone, though he kept further details private.
“I do have someone in my life, and I’m grateful for it,” he said. “After everything I’ve been through, I don’t take love or connection for granted.”
The yacht captain, who shares two children with his ex-wife, has been open in the past about the difficulties of divorce and starting over. On “Below Deck” Season 11, he told his crew, “I was married, and then that ended. It wasn’t good. I was running a 300-foot yacht. Gave it all up for my kids.”
He added, “I went from being a captain of a multi-million dollar yacht to painting houses. I was there for my kids every day, and I could get myself better.”
During a recent appearance on “Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen,” Titheradge playfully avoided a direct question about his dating status. Instead, he took a sip of his drink and knocked his garnish to the floor, joking, “Oops.”

Titheradge is reportedly dating former chief stew Gönül Bihan. According to social media posts, the two have been together since 2023 and previously worked side by side before the captain’s “Below Deck” fame.
“I’ve been dating my girlfriend, Gönül, for a little over a year,” he explained. “She’s from Turkey. We worked together quite a few years ago. She was the chief stew. She actually quit after a few months because she didn’t like the way I ran a boat.”
While his relationship is bringing joy to his personal life, Titheradge is also keeping busy professionally. “Right now, I’m based in Florida, though I’m often bouncing between the U.S. and Australia depending on work and family,” he told The Daily Dish. “I’m running my company, Yachting Concepts, where we manage and support some of the largest yachts in the world — that keeps me plenty busy.”
