Jesse Lally’s girlfriend, Lacy Nicole, may be stepping into Bravo’s spotlight sooner than fans expected. Nicole revealed at BravoCon to a Bravo and Cocktails tipster that she’ll appear “a lot” in season 3 of “The Valley,” hinting at a major shift after remaining off-camera—but still causing drama—during season 2.
Jesse Lally’s Girlfriend Lacy Nicole Confirms Bigger Role on ‘The Valley’ Season 3
During the Saturday 12:30 p.m. Bravopalooza session at BravoCon, fans spotted a long list of Bravo favorites — Gia Giudice, Ariana Biermann, Brooks Marks, West Wilson, Jesse Solomon, Sutton Stracke, Alexia Nepola, Lisa Barlow and John Barlow, Quad Webb, Dr. Contessa Metcalfe, and more. But it was Jesse Lally and his girlfriend, Lacy Nicole, who quietly delivered some of the juiciest tea.
According to the Bravo and Cocktails source, “Jesse Lally’s new GF Lacy was so sweet. She was taking pictures for everyone and confirmed she’ll be on ‘a lot’ of season 3.”
Cameras famously missed the intense altercation between Nicole and Michelle Saniei — Lally’s ex-wife and “The Valley” costar — at the season 2 finale wrap party. Production had already wrapped for the night, and when producers tried to capture the aftermath, Lally and Nicole shut the whole thing down.
Andy Cohen addressed the decision at the reunion, reminding Lally on-air, “With Bravo, you’re either all in or all out.”
It appears Nicole took that note seriously.
Season 3 Filming Shows Jesse Lally’s Girlfriend Is Leaning Into the Bravo World
Not only did Nicole show up at BravoCon ready to mingle, but she’s also been present at season 3 filming events.
She and Lally were spotted at Kristen Doute and Nia Sanchez’s joint “sip and see” party for their baby girls — with Bravo cameras rolling the entire time.
Nicole has also been photographed spending time with castmates Jasmine Goode and members of the Booko/Sanchez family, signaling her integration into the core group.
Lally made his relationship with Nicole public in April 2024, marking his first serious partner since separating from Saniei, whom he married in 2018 and divorced in March 2024.
In an interview with People in April 2025, Lally said Nicole and his daughter Isabella have formed a strong bond, explaining, “She’s an incredible influence on my daughter… because she’s such a stable, sophisticated woman.”
Who Is Lacy Nicole? Inside Her Work & Advocacy
Off-screen, Nicole has built a career rooted in philanthropy and advocacy. She founded Shame to Sparkle, a foundation focused on supporting trauma and PTSD survivors, according to People.
“Being a victim of a crime, a trauma, abuse, or any event that inflicts PTSD should not be a life sentence,” the organization’s mission reads. “Unfortunately, it is for most & together we can change the trajectory.”
Nicole, a self-described “survivor & childhood trauma expert,” also hosted the “Shame to Sparkle” podcast, where she interviewed survivors, authors, and relationship experts. She serves on the boards of the Children’s Oncology Support Fund and the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, and she frequently speaks about both organizations during podcast appearances and press events.
She is also an advocate for those living with autoimmune diseases, often sharing her own experiences with endometriosis and other “invisible diseases.”
Nicole and Lally made their red carpet debut at Sparkle’s Drag Spectacular — benefiting the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society — in April 2024. Since then, they’ve consistently appeared at charity events together, though Nicole keeps her Instagram relatively private aside from occasional group photos.
