Lindsay Hubbard is enjoying a new chapter in her personal life and embracing her dating journey while raising her 11-month-old daughter, Gemma Britt Kufe. The “Summer House” star says she is taking her time with relationships and keeping her focus on motherhood first. And according to Hubbard, she wouldn’t have it any other way.
Hubbard spoke with The Daily Dish at BravoCon 2025, where she opened up about her new mindset and how she is navigating life after her breakup with Carl Radke. After going from a very public split to becoming a single mom in less than a year, Hubbard says her priorities have shifted.
“I’m still having fun,” she shared. “If you really think about my life over the last couple of years, it was pretty serious. You know, I was engaged. And then basically dumped at the altar two months before the wedding and had to go through a big, very public breakup. And then when I was ready to date, I started dating.”
Lindsay Hubbard Talks About Her Dating Life and What She Wants in a Partner
Hubbard explained that she is not rushing into anything—but she isn’t closing the door either.
“I’m still not exactly prioritizing going out,” she said. “But if someone falls into my lap… like, that’s where I’m at right now.”
When asked what her ideal partner looks like, Hubbard didn’t hesitate. Sense of humor tops the list.
“You have to make me giggle and laugh and provide some sort of something that I can’t provide for myself,” she told the outlet. “You have to add value. And if you don’t, then you get cut. It’s all about balance. And I’m still trying to figure out what that balance is and like, the cadence.”
She added, “Anyone who can go along for the ride with me, great. And if you can’t, whatever.”
The ‘Summer House’ Star Opens Up About Her BravoCon Run-Ins With Exes
Hubbard also revealed she crossed paths with a few familiar faces at BravoCon—including her former fiancé.
Hubbard and Radke reunited onstage during an episode of “BravoCon Live,” where she was asked what she missed most about their relationship.
“Hold on, I want to give a very thoughtful response,” Hubbard said. After a brief pause, she replied: “Um… our friendship.”
She also saw her ex, “Southern Charm” star Austen Kroll, during the same episode. Andy Cohen even commented on the long-running connection between the two and joked about a “BravoCon 2026 baby.”
“Andy, you literally came up to me and Austen—you were like, ‘Are we gonna have a BravoCon 2026 baby?’” Hubbard recalled. Hubbard added that she and Kroll did not hang out that night because he had “different plans.”
And Hubbard isn’t keeping fans guessing about her next move. Bravo recently announced that she, Amanda Batula, and Kyle Cooke will appear in a new series.
“See you in the city. Kyle, Amanda, and Lindsay arrive on a new series soon!” the network teased on Instagram.
