Madison LeCroy experienced a setback in her plan to open a new business, but she still intends to follow through with the venture.
In January 2026, the “Southern Charm” star shared an update on her plan to open a new salon in Charleston, SC. The salon was originally expected to open in January 2026, but the plan hit a major hurdle.
Speaking on her Amazon livestream in January, LeCroy, 35, responded to a question about how her salon was coming along. “Well, actually, it’s not coming along because the space that I was supposed to close on December 15 ended up not working out,” she revealed. “So, I’m starting from scratch again. So, it’s gonna be a while for me.”

BravoLeCroy has a lot going on in her personal life. Not only did she welcome a baby girl, Teddi, with her husband Brett Randle last June, but she moved into and renovated a new home last year.
During a recent appearance on the Southern Charm After Show, LeCroy admitted she did too much at once, especially while pregnant. “Our previous house, I was so comfortable in. We were already like ‘at home.’ I should have just been like organizing the linen closet instead of moving up into a whole new house,” she admitted, per BravoTV.com. “The interior design is taking absolutely forever, and it’s driving me crazy. But, we’re working on it.”
On her January livestream, LeCroy admitted everything had taken its toll on her. She even questioned if the salon lease falling through was a “sign” that she shouldn’t open the new business. “There’s a part of me that’s like, ‘Is that a sign?’” she confessed. “But, no, it’s just… I don’t know. I just have to now wrap my brain around starting over, and I don’t really love that. I’m not in a good headspace to even look at [other spaces]. But I will. I’ll get it figured it out.”
Madison LeCroy Hinted She Would Take on New Clients After Only Doing Patricia Altschul’s Hair for Years
BravoLeCroy has been in the beauty business for years, but once she joined “Southern Charm,” she scaled back on taking new clients. In 2022, she appeared on “Watch What Happens Live,” where she admitted that “Southern Charm” grand dame Patricia Altschul was one of her only clients. At the time, LeCroy revealed that she had been doing Altschul’s hair for 12 years, per BravoTV.com.
“[She’s] one of my few clients,” LeCroy said of Altschul. “Before COVID and things like that, she was coming every Tuesday and Friday.”
During a September 2025 Amazon Live, LeCroy teased that she planned to make a comeback with her new salon, and she even hinted that she might take on some new clients herself.
“I’ve always loved hair. Anything beauty, I’m obsessed with it,” she said. “I just think that there’s something about giving someone that confidence. When they walk out of a salon with a fresh blowout, and it’s, like, instantly they’re two inches taller, and they’re bouncing out of here, that just makes me so happy. I feel like everybody deserves to have that. So when you come to my salon in Charleston, I’ll be sure that someone there — or maybe even myself — will be able to give you that. We’re coming back. It’s just, I had to have a baby, build my family… Now it’s full force.”

AGREED, love watching her outfits and seeing her with her son and husband. Her house was beautiful. Madison was so cute and funny when she hosted dinner for Craig and (can’t say her name) when we saw Madison putting catered food into her own china. Said “yes” when asked if she made it. Very good move.
