Nathan Gallagher Returns to Social Media to Give a Glimpse of Fatherhood
Nathan Gallagher is fully embracing fatherhood, frequently sharing sweet glimpses of life with partner Gael Cameron and their son, Kayden, who was born in June 2025.
According to Daily Dish, Gallagher previously revealed he would be stepping away from social media for six months, returning in June, without revealing a reason. Still, he couldn’t resist briefly ending that hiatus to offer fans a heartfelt update on how life as a new dad has been treating him.
On Feb. 18, Gallagher took to Instagram Stories to share a sweet throwback from a family boat day with Cameron and their son. In the adorable snapshot, Gallagher held Kayden on his lap as the newborn gripped the boat’s steering wheel. He captioned the image, “Throwback with my little best friend.”
The photo appears to have been taken from a boat trip in Dec. 2025, as Gallagher had previously shared photos of the family enjoying time out in the water. In his December post, he included a selfie with Cameron and Kayden, along with additional photos of their son sitting at the wheel.
He captioned the photos, “🛥️ ❤️Starting him young 🛥️ ❤️,” playfully hinting that Kayden may grow to love life on the water just as much as his parents do.
Gallagher & Gael Cameron Share Life Update on Living Situation
BravoGallagher and Cameron split shortly after “Below Deck Med” season 9 wrapped, with long distance playing a major role — Gallagher was living in Ireland while Cameron was based in Australia. When Cameron briefly returned for a single charter in season 10, she opened up about the breakup, explaining, “After last charter season, Nathan and I traveled for six weeks. And I went back to Australia; he stayed in Ireland… Distance did take a toll.”
After Gallagher “ghosted” her for a week, Cameron said it became the last straw. Still, their feelings for one another ultimately proved stronger than the distance and missteps. The pair later rekindled their romance, and the season ended with a shocking twist when Gallagher and Cameron revealed they were expecting a baby together.
According to Daily Dish, in October 2025, Cameron announced via Instagram Stories that she bought her first home, which meant the family was officially living together in Sydney, Australia. “Today, I settled my first property!” She shared a video that saw Gallagher in the driver’s seat.
She then shared, “But, here we go! New adventure. I’m now going to have to look for coloring and plates and stuff that we haven’t really had to look for for a very long time.”
I absolutely love the two of them together! I can’t believe she got knocked up so soon after them reuniting though! That’s crazy to me! Like, did you not think this through? She had serious trust issues with him and then let herself get pregnant within a couple MONTHS?! Was her elevator going to the top floor? I just wish they didn’t have a child so soon because they’re so young and had so much more of life to experience, without the struggle of a baby! Ideally, I would’ve loved to see them get married first! I do hope they get married ASAP, so that kid has more security in his life and so do they. I know y’all are gonna comment “you don’t need to be married to have a kid” and yada yada, but that’s the RIGHT way to do it! How she LET herself get knocked up so young, with someone she clearly had trust issues with, was incredibly stupid, I don’t care what ANYONE says! Yes, it seems to be working out for them now, and I truly hope it continues to, but this is ignorance at its finest and I truly expected better decisions from both of them!!
