Nia Sanchez Booko Shares Behind-the-Scenes Look at Twin Daughters’ Acting Careers

Nia Sanchez and Danny Booko’s daughters Zariah and Isabelle may only be 2 years old, but they’ve already become familiar faces on TV. The twins, who landed their first job at just 5 months old, are now recurring cast members on popular sitcom Georgia & Mandy’s First Marriage.

Nia Sanchez Booko Gives Fans a Peek Into Twins’ Life on Set

On Sept. 22, “The Valley” star treated fans to a behind-the-scenes look at their life as child actors, sharing a candid Reel from Warner Bros. Studio in Los Angeles.

“Our identical twin girls are little actresses,” Sanchez Booko said in the clip. She explained that her daughters take turns playing one baby character on the show, a practice that’s common in the industry.

The video followed the family’s routine from a quiet morning at home with husband Danny Booko to arriving at the studio, where the toddlers alternated filming scenes. Along the way, Sanchez Booko revealed “fun facts” about their joint gig, including the rules and restrictions placed on young performers.

“They love coming to the studio,” she said. “They actually have a studio teacher that’s with them. At this time and this age, the studio teacher is really there to make sure that they and the studio are following the guidelines and restrictions for being a child actor.”

Inside The Valley Star’s Family Life & Child Actor Rules

Sanchez Booko went on to explain that the twins can only be on set for 45 minutes at a time and can work no more than four hours in a day. To comply with regulations, each child must also have an adult with them at all times. That means both parents are often present on set, or one is joined by a nanny or babysitter.

“They’ve been working with this crew [and] cast since they were 5 and a half months old, when they first started on ‘Young Sheldon,’” Sanchez Booko said. Zariah and Isabelle portrayed Baby CeeCee on the sitcom and later reprised their role in the spinoff “Georgie and Mandy’s First Marriage.”

Sanchez Booko added that the girls have perks like a reserved parking spot and a personal trailer equipped with a shower, refrigerator, couch, and desk. “It’s such a blessing. We really enjoy the time with them,” she said. “And they, now at this stage, are really enjoying the time, as well.”

Danny Booko’s Hollywood Background

While their daughters are just starting out, acting is nothing new for the Booko household. Danny Booko built his career long before appearing on Bravo, with credits spanning popular series like “iCarly,” “Hannah Montana,” “The Suite Life of Zack & Cody,” “Entourage,” as well as films including “The Maze Runner” and “The Fault in Our Stars.”

“I’ve been a professional working actor for 18 years,” Danny said during “The Valley” series premiere. “Most people recognize me and know me from, you know, the ‘iCarly,’ the ‘Hannah Montana.’… More recently, they know me for doing voiceover for things like ‘The Walking Dead.’”

Together, Danny and Nia balance their careers with raising a growing family. In June, they welcomed their fourth child, a daughter named Adelaide. They are also parents to 3-year-old son Asher, in addition to their twins.

Between parenting, homeschooling, and studio life, the Bookos have their hands full, but Nia insists the experience is rewarding. For her, watching her daughters enjoy their time on set has been just as meaningful as sharing her own story on “The Valley.”
