It looks like the drama in Los Angeles is about to heat up again. A neighborhood filming notice has confirmed that “The Valley” season 3 is officially underway—and it comes amid even more news about a cast shake-up.
Filming Notice Confirms Cameras Are Back Up
On August 22, a neighbor snapped a photo of the production letter, later shared by @bravoandcocktails on Instagram. “NOTIFICATION FOR INTENDED FILMING,” the notice read. “We will be filming scenes for our upcoming project: ‘The Valley Season 3’ on Wednesday, September 3, 2025 in your neighborhood.”
According to the document,“ACTIVITY INCLUDES: Interior dialogue & exterior dialogue in the home, interior & exterior establishing shots in the home, interior & exterior BTS in the home, camera on sticks,” the notice went on.
“We understand the impact that filming can have on a neighborhood and want to assure you that we are conscious of minimizing our presence by demonstrating extreme care and consideration while we are guests in your neighborhood.”
The notice claimed that “The Valley” production team applied for the “necessary permits” and has “all legally required liability insurance.”
“If you have any questions or concerns regarding this project, please do not hesitate to email me … or contact me at the phone number below,” the document added. “Thank you for your time.”
Who’s In and Who’s Out of ‘The Valley’ Season 3?
Season 3 also comes with a major cast shake-up. Jax Taylor—who was central to the show’s early identity—announced his surprising exit earlier this summer. Despite his absence, many of the core players are returning. Kristen Doute and Luke Broderick, Danny Booko and Nia Sanchez, Jason and Janet Caperna, Brittany Cartwright, Jesse Lally, Michelle Saniei, Jasmine Goode, and Zack Wickham will all return as full-time cast members.
And the crossovers aren’t slowing down. Bravo and Cocktails reports that “Vanderpump Rules” stars Scheana Shay, Lala Kent, and Tom Schwartz will take on expanded roles in season 3, with Shay’s husband Brock Davies also appearing. The Bravo news source also noted that while there had been rumors about Tom Sandoval also joining the cast. But, they are actually, “not interested in him at all.”
Producer Alex Baskin teased that season 3 would be “different” following the conclusion of season 2 to The Hollywood Reporter.
“Now, we’re figuring out where we go from here. Obviously, there are already changes: Jax isn’t coming back, so season three will be different just by virtue of that. We’re sort of figuring out what else it’s going to look like.”
“Well, we have a really large and robust group,” he continued. “You know, Jax is obviously a mainstay. We did spend half the season without him, and that period of time was really full and rich, so I don’t think that we’re [searching] for story to tell. I think it’s going to be different, but I don’t think different is a bad thing.”
