Former “Vanderpump Rules” star Peter Madrigal gave fans something to talk about on Valentine’s Day. The SUR manager and Bravo TV OG took to Instagram to tease big news, but he didn’t share all of the details.
In a video post shared on Feb. 14, Madrigal, 41, introduced himself as he cozied up alongside Russian pop singer and entrepreneur Lika Osipova, 36.
“We have a very, very special and exciting announcement,” Madrigal teased before the two announced in unison, “We are expecting!”
Madrigal then handed the singer a rose, and the two gazed at each other, smiling.
“Something BIG is coming.” Madrigal captioned the post. “Happy Valentine’s Day, everyone. #staytuned.”
Fans Debated on Peter Madrigal & Lika O’s Announcement
Fans had a lot to say about Madrigal’s video with Lika O.
Some offered the “couple” congratulations, under the assumption that they are expecting a baby.
“Exciting News! You are going to be a terrific dad! So happy for the two of you!” one commenter wrote.
Others weren’t so sure.
“Wow! I didn’t expect that honestly 😅😁 I mean why not? And you guys look amazing together, but …. Are you expecting a baby? Or a dinner? 🤣 I am confused!!! Congratulations anyway!” one fan wrote.
“Expecting what?” another asked.
“This is clearly ‘expecting a new business’ opportunity,” another chimed in.
“They look like they just met at the hostess stand so I doubt it’s a baby… prob a podcast,” another added.
While Madrigal has never confirmed his relationship with Lika, the two have been spotted together many times over the past several years. A Reddit post included a screenshot of Madrigal and Lika having dinner together in December 2023. There were also rumors that the pair traveled to Las Vegas together and went to a Backstreet Boys show.
Madrigal, who regularly appeared in the original seasons of “Vanderpump Rules,” previously dated SUR co-workers Stassi Schroeder and Katie Maloney, and he courted Raquel Leviss during the 10th season of the Bravo reality show.
Lika O Denied Dating Tom Sandoval
While not a Bravo TV regular, Lika attended the Season 11 filming event and appeared on the “Vanderpump Rules” special “Secrets Revealed’ when scenes were filmed at her Valley Village, CA restaurant, Bottega Taboo.
She later responded to rumors that she was involved with former “Vanderpump Rules” star Tom Sandoval after being photographed with him at the VPR finale event in San Francisco.
“I didn’t expect to have to address this publicly, but it’s become necessary because almost every interview or industry meeting begins with the question: ‘Did you date Tom Sandoval?’ The answer is no—I have never dated him,” she wrote in November 2024.
“I rarely read news about myself, as it often contains surprising stories that even I didn’t know were part of my life,” she continued. “However, since this has become such a big topic, I feel the need to set the record straight publicly. I hope this clears things up. I’m looking forward to what’s next and am grateful to have such supportive friends and people by my side.”
