Sally Carson says fans will see her “go after” one of her male co-stars later this season on “Southern Charm”—and no, it’s not Craig Conover.
The “Southern Charm” star dropped a bomb on the Jan. 7 episode of “Watch What Happens Live” after host Andy Cohen asked her if she’s “taken [her] shot” with Austen Kroll now that he’s single. Kroll and his former girlfriend, Audrey Pratt, recently broke up after nearly two years of dating.
Carson did not hold back on her response. “Y’all thought I was thirsty for Craig,” she teased. “Y’all just wait. I mean, y’all think I’m going after Craig. Like, y’all just wait because you’ll see me going after someone.”
Sally Carson said Austen Kroll Has Always Been on Her Radar
BravoThus far on the season, Carson has seemingly had her eye on Conover, who split from his ex, Paige DeSorbo, last year. On WWHL, Carson admitted she’s always been interested in Kroll.
“Craig’s never been on my radar,” she shared. “Austen’s always been on my radar.”
“Austen’s just become one of my closest friends, he genuinely, there’s not a day we don’t talk,” she added. “We were just talking in the dressing room. We do have very similar personalities. We have a lot of fun together.”
Salley Carson Previously Teased Her Interest in Austen Kroll
BravoKroll was still dating Pratt at the beginning of the 11th season of “Southern Charm.” Early on, Carson joked about hooking up with him.
“I’m a girl’s girl,” Carson said in Episode 2 of the Bravo reality series. “I love Audrey, but my personality fits with Austen very well. I mean, would I hook up with him? The day after they break up, let’s go!”
In November, Kroll told E! News that his relationship with Pratt did not survive the season. “Coming into this year, I’ve been dating a girl — when the season starts — for a year and change, and I’m in it. And then it starts to beg the question, ‘Really, what is the next step?’” he told the outlet. “So, I just have to talk out this with family and friends. You have to hear the outside noise from friends, which is what makes it hardest on a TV show because unwanted opinions and things start to seep in. But the relationship was a casualty this year.”
Salley Carson Admitted the Charleston, SC Dating Pool is ‘Terrible’
During her WWHL appearance, Carson said she never made a move on Conover, even when they hung out in his hot tub all night.
“Maybe I wanted something to happen…I’m in a hot tub till 4:00 a.m. Who doesn’t want something to happen?“ she admitted. “Craig never gave those vibes to, like, make a move on him. I mean, you’ll see me make moves on other people throughout [the season].”
Fellow guest Jenny McCarthy told Carson, “There’s other fishes. This pond is not for you,” and added. “I feel like she’s going to find a fish in a different pond.“
“The Charleston pond’s terrible,” Carson agreed.

Jenny, I agree with you. Sally is wasting her time with her castmates. Fans are waiting for her to find the one. She’s beautiful, accomplished and fun. Don’t follow the path Hannah went on. Sleeping with too many guys. The good solid ones want marriage material , not swingers
Because Craig is looking for a wife!
Good luck if it is Austin. He doesn’t know or understand commitment. Think you would be wasting your time with him.
