“Southern Charm” star Madison LeCroy has shared a heartbreaking update around the holidays as she mourns the loss of her father, Ted LeCroy. Madison shared her thoughts on her Instagram Stories on December 30, remembering her beloved dad.
Madison LeCroy Shares Hopeful Message
The first picture the Bravo celebrity posted on her Instagram Stories was one of her dad lying in a hammock. He looks so contented. In the text overlay, she wrote, “Two years since you left this world. I picture you resting like this.”
In a second story, she shared a text message exchange with her sister about how they both had encounters with ladybugs. Madison had a ladybug in her home, and her sister found one at her work station. The sighting appeared to give them some hope that it was a sign from their beloved father. She shared her thoughts again, writing, “Okay, I’m sorry, but this is wild … My sister and I both had ladybugs come inside today on the two-year mark of my dad’s passing. That seriously gave me chills.”
In a third story, Madison shared a photo of herself and her dad. He is kissing her on her cheek. “Miss you every single day,” she wrote with a white heart emoji. “I hope Teddi gets your laugh. I can still hear it like you’re right here.”
Madison LeCroy Mourns Her Beloved Dad
On January 1, 2024, Madison shared a video on Instagram, showing the family in happy times. The pictures and clips include her wedding day with husband Brett Randle and a clip of her young son, Hudson. The footage shows a glimpse of the enormous impact Ted had on all their lives.
In the caption, she wrote, “He’s the greatest gift, your memory will drive me forward everyday. My forever superhero.”
Fans showed their support in the comments. “All the perfect men in your life … amazing!” a comment reads. “Awww Madison, there won’t be a dry eye for anyone that sees this. Magical to capture the love,” another fan shared.
A third fan also shared their thoughts in an emotional tribute. “My favorite is the ones with their goggles on,” they wrote. “Take the time for those loved ones, the ones that you would say ‘what I would give for 1 more afternoon with ……’ take that time now, capture those moments in film video and write what you loved about that moment and tell us what all those giggles were about.“
