Shep Rose opened up the door to his home to fans. On March 13, the “Southern Charm” star posted to Instagram to give fans a peek at his new home on Sullivan’s Island in South Carolina. The Bravo TV personality bought the $3.25 million, 500-square-foot home last summer, per BravoTV.com.
In the video, Rose, 45, opened his front door and greeted fans with, “Hello, hello, welcome into my new house I just got here on Sullivan’s Island. I’m very excited about it.’
Rose thanked local businessman Steven Shell and the staff at his store for helping him furnish the home. The reality TV OG showed off a large white sectional couch and green side chairs as he noted that he was “very excited” about how his new place was coming together.
“And I’m gonna be spending a lot of time horizontal on this couch,” the “Southern Charm” star said.
Shep Rose Revealed His House Is Being Renovated
In the short video update, Rose also thanked his “Southern Charm” co-star, interior decorator Rodrigo Reyes, for his design help for the new house.
“After I bought my house last summer and needed furniture and more. @roddy_rey and I scoured Charleston for the best pieces we could find,” he captioned the post before noting that almost all of the furnishings were from Steven Shell Living.
“It was actually great fun,” he added of the experience. “Of course, now the whole thing is under renovation. But we shall return.”
In February, Rose told NBC New York that he was renovating his new house, so he had moved out and was staying with friends. “Craig [Conover’s] actually a good roommate because he’s always ordering Uber Eats, and he’s got the burgers on the grill. I’m like, ‘This is great,” Rose shared.
Of the renovation process, Rose said it was going “great” and that he had family and friends that lived in the neighborhood.
Shep Rose & Rodrigo Reyes Decorated the House as Fast as They Could
In January, Reyes appeared on the “Southern Charm After Show” and spoke about helping his pal initially furnish his house. The decorator noted that Rose wasn’t sure of his renovation plans at first.
“It was kind of a race against the clock because Shep had nothing, and it was a matter of every bedroom having a bed,” Reyes said at the time. “We weren’t sure if there was going to be a complete redesign of certain parts of the house, but now that it’s actually taking place, though, now we’re going to the next phase.”
Well all Shep needs is a good woman. Uh, that’s right he had a good girl Taylor. Oh well Shep you certainly screwed that relationship up. She was crazy for you. But we have seen some good changes in you lately. So we’re all rooting for you. Please don’t be anything like Tomas Katherine’s Ex. He was a horrible man. The way he treated Katherine. Your souk mate will come along soon. Be patient. And we all love Craig. He just goes for the wrong girls. And we’re also rooting for Craig to find his soul mate. But Austin is so jealous of Craig it’s sickening. And nobody on the show can see through Austin’s jealously. He want everyone to hate Craig. And any girl that goes for Austin is barking up the wrong tree. He’s definitely not ready to settle down with anybody. Charley you judged Craig by the jealous Austin who wants everybody to hate Craig. And Sally cause she still wants Craig and she’s the one who screwed your relationship with Craig. And you should have gone with your gut and ignored Venita, Sally, and Austin. Cause deep down inside Sally still has it for Craig. So you were so worried to please Sally that you lost out on a great guy. You Charleyyour just way to young to see through people. should go back and watch the show and see the back stabbing that Sally did to your could have been a great relationship with Craig. She made up lies for you to stop seeing him. And you’re so naive that you believed her whole bunch of lies. And yes Craig had his boiling point with Austin and Sally ruining what you could have had a really great relationship with a one woman man. Charley you are way to young to see the writing on the wall. Craig was always the under dog from the begining of the show. But he hung in there and got serious about changing his life and building his future. He worked extremely hard and everyone on the show made fun of him cause he loved to sew and today he’s a self made multi million. And he straighten his life out and bought a fixer up house and it’s a beautiful home he made ,he thought for him and Paige. So Charlie you blew it with Craig just to stay friends with Sally, who only wanted to ruin you’re relationship with Craig. So congratulations to Sally for succeeding to pull the two of you apart. You should have listened to your heart.
