Another ‘Summer House’ Couple Sparks Split Buzz After Major Social Media Changes

Another couple from “Summer House” is suddenly fueling breakup speculation online.

Bravo fans began questioning the status of KJ Dillard and Dara Levitan’s relationship on May 28 after social media users noticed the pair had reportedly unfollowed each other on Instagram and had removed tagged photos of themselves together.

The rumors surprised many Bravo viewers because the couple had recently appeared stronger than ever publicly.

Just four days before the speculation started, Levitan referred to Dillard as her “forever wedding date” in an Instagram post. She also reposted an interview discussing Dillard’s mental health journey to her Instagram Story on May 27.

As of now, neither Dillard nor Levitan has publicly commented on the breakup rumors.

KJ Dillard & Dara Levitan Faced Outside Criticism During Season 10

The relationship between Dillard and Levitan became one of the biggest new storylines during season 10 of “Summer House.”

The pair first met through fellow cast member West Wilson, who already knew both of them before filming began.

Levitan was later introduced to the group during a singles party in New York City that Wilson organized for castmate Ben Waddell.

Although Dillard initially did not remember meeting Levitan, the two later connected at a Renaissance-themed Hamptons party and eventually went on their first official date at a concert.

“I look back at that clip and I’m like … what state of mind was I in?” Dillard joked to Swooon earlier this season.

“I mean, probably had a few Loverboys at that point, but I still can’t believe I didn’t remember her.”

As the season aired, some cast members publicly questioned Levitan’s intentions in the relationship.

Earlier this month, Lindsay Hubbard suggested during a group interview that Dillard joined the show “for love,” while Levitan may have been there “for fame.”

Castmate Levi Sebree later appeared to agree during an appearance on Page Six’s “Virtual Reali-Tea” podcast.

In response, Dillard defended Levitan on Threads.

“Last time that I checked my girlfriend was famous far before we met,” he wrote.

Dara Levitan Recently Addressed Race & Relationship Conversations Online

Just before rumors about the couple surfaced, Levitan also posted a lengthy statement on Threads discussing race and her relationship with Dillard.

“To clarify… I am white lol I’m also Jewish, pro Palestine, anti Trump and I absolutely do not / cannot understand the experience of a person of color,” she wrote.

“Racism is absolutely everywhere and as a white woman dating a black man, loving my friends of color, I want to make that very clear.”

Levitan later appeared to delete her Threads account.

The split rumors surrounding Dillard and Levitan come amid ongoing relationship chaos elsewhere in the “Summer House” cast.

Wilson continues facing backlash over his controversial relationship with Amanda Batula following her separation from Kyle Cooke.

Speaking on his “Show Me Something” podcast, Wilson admitted the public reaction has become difficult to navigate.

“Going out in public is kinda scary,” Wilson said.

“There have been so many (expletive) posts on the internet.”

During part one of the “Summer House” season 10 reunion, Wilson and Batula also attempted to clarify the timeline of their romance after weeks of online speculation.

“I think the timeline of this very new relationship is important to address,” Wilson said backstage.

“Because there’s a lot of different speculations.”

Meanwhile, fans are still waiting for answers regarding whether Dillard and Levitan’s own relationship survived the intense spotlight that came with their first season on Bravo.

Part 2 of the “Summer House” season 10 reunion airs Tuesday, June 2, on Bravo.
