The “Summer House” crew is heading to the city.
Bravo has officially teased a brand-new spinoff series set in New York, and sources have revealed the full cast lineup—including several familiar faces from the Hamptons house. With longtime favorites Lindsay Hubbard, Kyle Cooke, and Amanda Batula all reportedly joining, fans are already buzzing about what this next chapter will look like.

A source wrote into Bravo and Cocktails with the full lineup for the upcoming “Summer House” spinoff. The cast will include Hubbard, Cooke, Batula, Andrea Denver, and Lexi Sundin, entrepreneur Ken Martin (a friend of Kyle and Loverboy investor), and his influencer girlfriend Whitney, as well as Yvonne Najor (a friend of Lindsay’s) and her husband Nicholas.
Carl Radke is notably not on the cast list, though a cameo at his new Soft Bar isn’t off the table. According to the insider, the series is currently in production with Truly Original, the same production company behind “Summer House.”
While Bravo has yet to announce the cast officially, the network teased the series in a Sept. 17 Instagram video, showing the iconic Hamptons house and the cast packing up for their final weekend. “Another one in the books,” Kyle’s voice can be heard saying, as the caption read, “City life: activated! A new series is coming soon…”
More details were shared in a press release obtained by People. “In the city that never sleeps, a group of New Yorkers navigates the biggest transitions of their lives—marriage, parenthood, reinvention and the reality of growing up without growing apart,” the logline reads. “Can they have it all, or will they need to choose between the lives they’ve built and the futures they never saw coming?”
Fans React to the ‘Summer House’ Spinoff Cast Announcement
The cast reveal has already set off a wave of reactions across social media.
On Instagram, one fan wrote, “Lindsay in the city, LFG!” while “Real Housewives of New York City” star Erin Lichy added, “That’s my girl!!!!! @lindshubbs.” Another fan commented, “My Summer House kids growing up?!?”
On Reddit, many fans focused on Radke’s absence. “No mention of Carl 👀,” one user pointed out, while another replied, “Yeah, that’s interesting. Especially since he’s opening his bar…”
Paige DeSorbo’s absence, however, didn’t come as a surprise to most fans. DeSorbo, who joined “Summer House” in season 3, exited the series ahead of season 10. In a recent interview with Byrdie, she explained why she decided to leave reality TV. “I know I would’ve been doing a disservice to [the show],” she said. “They expect a certain level of showing up, and I couldn’t give them that.”
“I definitely had to get over the [feeling] that my career would be over,” DeSorbo added. “There’s an element of thinking you need that show and network.”
Bravo has not announced a premiere date for the “Summer House” spinoff premiere.
