“Vanderpump Rules” alum Tom Schwartz has been happily dating model Kiana Carroll since late 2025. The Bravo star first revealed that he was “dating” someone while speaking to former co-star Lala Kent on her “Untraditionally” podcast in October 2025, with Kent adding that his girlfriend had “a very hot face” and “Some would call it a supermodel stunning face. I, like, kind of couldn’t put together words when I saw her.”
Airing on March 25, Carroll joined Schwartz for the second time as a guest on his “Detox Retox” podcast, where the two gave fans a much-needed update on their relationship, which is about to hit its six-month mark.

Tom Schwartz and his girlfriend, Kiana Carroll, are still going strong. In a recent appearance on his “Detox Retox” podcast in March, the couple shared new details about their relationship, including how it feels as they reach six months of dating.
“We’re coming up at the six-month mark,” Schwartz shared with Carroll, who replied, “Y’all heard the six-month theory?” Schwartz explained that at that time of dating, couples are usually out of the honeymoon phase, but that doesn’t seem to be the case for these two.
“I think at three months with you … I would say that’s when I felt extra comfortable with you, even though I always felt comfortable with you. Six months is where [expletive] gets real,” she shared.
Schwartz then added, “Listen, if we can make it past six months, maybe we can make it all the way. Maybe we can go the distance.”
Schwartz also shouted out his girlfriend for taking care of his and ex-wife, Katie Maloney’s two dogs, Butters and Gordo. “Katie was out of town on vacay, so Kiana, my dreamboat of a girlfriend, watched the pups over the weekend, Gordo and Butters,” he said, later adding, “You bonded with our boys.”
Towards the end of their chat, both Schwartz and Carroll shared that they loved one another.
Will Fans See Carroll on ‘The Valley’ Season 3?
BravoTom Schwartz is officially joining season 3 of “The Valley” as a full-time cast member. During a February Q&A with BravoTV, he teased what fans can expect from his life this season, and what’s changed since fans last saw him on season 11 of “Vanderpump Rules.”
“It feels so good to be back. Feels like a rebirth in the most organic way,” he said. “It doesn’t feel like I’m casted on a new show, you know what I mean? It feels like they just picked up cameras with a different group of friends who I all know and love,” he added.
Schwartz also teased that fans will see him “falling in love,” although it’s unclear whether Carroll will make any appearances.
“I’m starting life over in my 40s, and you get to see that, how that looks. And, also, you get to see me in the early stages of kind of falling in love, which is super intimate,” he said.
