Bravo star Tom Schwartz said things are all good between him and his ex-wife, Katie Maloney. On April 22, “The Valley” star made an appearance on “Watch What Happens Live” and was asked how he is getting along with his former wife nearly four years after their divorce.
Schwartz told host Andy Cohen he’s getting along “great” with Maloney. “She has the dogs right now,” he added of their shared dogs, Butter and Gordo VonFriendenheimer. “I love to see her thriving. Like her boyfriend’s cool as hell. And yeah, we’re in a great We’re in a great place. We’re in a great place.”
Maloney has been in a relationship with musician Nick Martin since late 2024 and now lives with him.
Last fall, Schwartz appeared on the “Untraditionally Lala” podcast and said he was so happy that Maloney found love again after their tumultuous 11-year relationship.
“She’s so freaking sweet to me, always, and kind. [She] sends me funny texts sometimes… and I love her boyfriend,” Schwartz told podcast host Lala Kent. “He’s a literal rockstar, and he’s just cool as [expletive]. And they seem so happy and in love. I don’t know the intricacies of their relationship, but it makes me so happy to see [Katie] happy. It really does, and I have so much love for her.”

Schwartz is also in a serious relationship. He has been dating Kiana Carroll since late 2025, and she was even in the audience during the “Watch What Happens Live” taping.
Schwartz, 43, previously teased that fans will see him fall for Carroll as “The Valley” season airs this spring. “I’m starting life over in my 40s,” he shared in a teaser video. “And you get to see how that looks, and also, you get to see me in the early stages of kind of falling in love, which is super intimate.”
On WWHL, Schwartz revealed that he and Carroll already have matching tattoos after just seven months of dating.

Schwartz was also asked about his longtime friend and former “Vanderpump Rules” co-star Tom Sandoval. Following his “Scandoval” cheating scandal, the Tom Sandoval and the Most Extras frontman began dating Victoria Robinson. They have been together for two years. In addition, Sandoval recently sold the house he shared with his ex-girlfriend Ariana Madix.
Schwartz reacted to the long overdue house sale, telling Cohen, “I think as much as I love that house and I have so many good memories in there—I don’t think it’s haunted, by the way. The internet thinks it’s haunted or cursed. It was a beautiful home and I’m happy that there’s closure there. That was years in the making. And I know it’s complicated, but I’m happy to see closure.”
When asked if he thought Sandobal would settle down with Robinson, Schwartz admitted. “In the beginning, I would have said no, but now I think definitely they’re going to go the distance. They’re locked and loaded, without a doubt. I hear wedding bells.”
