Vicki Gunvalson’s Business Is Going Up for Sale

Vicki Gunvalson was part of the original cast of Bravo’s “The Real Housewives of Orange County,” when it premiered in 2006. Throughout her 13-season run, Gunvalson was known for being a self-made woman working as the founder and president of Coto Insurance. In fact, in later seasons, she’s even gotten her son, Michael Wolfsmith, involved, serving as the company’s very own vice president.

Now that Gunvalson has officially been invited back as a main cast member for season 20, fans may no longer see the OG of the OC perfecting the feng shui of the Coto Insurance office. During an interview at BravoCon 2025, Gunvalson revealed she’s making some surprising new moves with her business, changes that may come as a shock to longtime viewers.

Vicki Gunvalson Reveals Her Insurance Business Is ‘Going up for Sale’

Vicki Gunvalson was given her orange back at BravoCon 2025 and will officially be joining the women of “The Real Housewives of Orange County” for season 20. Not only was it one of the most surprising moments to come out of the event, but fans have now learned that Gunvalson has major plans with her Coto Insurance business.

While speaking to Heather Dubrow backstage, where she asked several Housewives what they were “manifesting” for the 2026 year, Gunvalson shockingly shared, “I’m manifesting enjoying my life more. I’ve been working too hard for too long.”

She continued, “My business is going up for sale. I’m still going to be retained as a significant other.”

Gunvalson explained that she wants more free time to enjoy life, and boy, does she deserve it. “I want to do what I want to do, I want to get up, I want to work out more, I want to learn how to dance. I don’t know how to dance. And I want to travel more. That’s my goal. It’s not work all day every day 10 hours a day.”

Over the years, fans followed Gunvalson as she grew her business, starting from a home office and ultimately expanding into a full-fledged Coto Insurance office in Orange County.

Toward the end of the year, Gunvalson and RHOC star Tamra Judge stunned fans by reuniting after a major falling out earlier in 2024.

In a Nov. 7 Instagram post, Judge partnered with FlavCity Cafe Instant Lattes, a brand she noted is free of toxic ingredients. In the clip, Judge is shown texting Gunvalson to meet up, where the two hug it out and chat about the product. She captioned the post, “Reunited… and leaving the toxic behind.”

The next day, Judge shared a photo alongside Gunvalson from the shoot, and wrote, “My friend, my soulmate, my sister 👯‍♀️🍊 #RHOC.”

Just a few days before their shoot, Judge discussed their “love-hate relationship” with Us Weekly.

“We’ve had a lot of ups and downs in our 20 years. I always say, we’re like sisters,” she shared, adding, “It’s that love-hate relationship all the time. I’m talking sisterly love. Like, you have little arguments. And then being on a show together, there’s always ups and downs — especially the type of show that we were on together.”

Fans are excited to see what’s to come when these two friends come together again for season 20.
