A chapter of love, loss, heartbreak, and everything in between.” She revealed that they made the post to raise awareness for Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month in October, sharing heartbreaking statistics about miscarriage and how it is a “silent heartbreak.” But she ended her message with one of hope, writing, “As we share this, know that there’s a rainbow not far behind.”
