Many “Dancing With the Stars” partnerships result in everlasting friendships. That certainly seems true of the reigning champions, Robert Irwin and Witney Carson.
Life ultimately returned to normal after the pair won the Mirrorball trophy last season. And though they live in different corners of the world, they’ve made time to visit one another. Witney even took her husband and sons to Australia to visit the Irwins.
Now, Robert and Witney have teamed up once again for another hilarious video. This time, the dancer allowed her partner to narrate her makeup routine.
Robert Irwin Demonstrates His Makeup Knowledge
During the course of season 34, Robert Irwin easily won fans with his charm and wit. Months later, the Australian native still makes people laugh. But it might be a while before Witney Carson lets him help with her makeup.
“Letting Robert edit my GRWM…” Witney captioned a recent Instagram video. In the clip, the mother of two films her “get ready with me” routine while Robert narrates over it.
“First, I’m gonna put like, mud on my face in different colors and then rub it in,” Robert describes the scene before teasing Witney about how much blending she does. Seconds into the video, it becomes apparent he knows next to nothing about the makeup process.
“Time for brows! Looks like Bob Ross painting a tree,” Robert jokes as the dancer works on her eyebrow.
Overall, fans found the video hilarious and sounded off in the comments.
“This was the best GRWM I’ve ever seen. Oh my gosh 😂 @robertirwinphotography chaos! Hahaha!” Robert’s older sister Bindi added.
“I think this needs to be a series,” one Instagram user quipped.
The Champions Will Reunite on Stage This Spring
After “Dancing With the Stars,” both Robert and Witney found themselves busy with other projects. Robert went on to host another season of “I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!” Witney took some away from her family to work on an undisclosed project, which fans can’t wait to learn more about.
The “DWTS” champions will reunite on stage during the 2026 Live tour for select performances. The official tour website shares that both Robert Irwin and Witney Carson will perform with the rest of the pros from April 21-30.
Fans expect ABC will air “Dancing With the Stars” season 35 sometime this September. It’s not currently known if Witney Carson will compete again, but viewers hope to see her back in the ballroom.
