The 98th Academy Awards, or the Oscars, as they are more commonly known, took place on Sunday, March 15. It was an incredible event celebrating the best in the entertainment industry, but it was also a chance for fans to get a closer look at their favorite celebrities, and many dazzled on the red carpet with their gorgeous outfit choices.
“Euphoria” actress Barbie Ferreira was among the A-listers who wowed with their impressive fashion, and she stepped out in a gorgeous blue dress. She left her brown hair loose and kept her makeup simple, letting the focus be on her outfit as she showed off her figure and body confidence.

It is unclear how much weight Ferreira has lost or what methods she uses, but she has previously spoken about her body and encouraged body positivity.

Getty“I think bigger bodies are not as ‘trendy’ as they used to be, which is really sad to me,” she said in a 2022 interview with WhoWhatWear. “But it’s more of a conversation of the fact that we all struggle with self-love, and I don’t think any young person has really figured it out yet.”
In the interview, she also discussed what she wore and how it should not have been a big deal. “It’s not radical for me to be wearing a crop top,” she said. “[Comments like those are] just backhanded compliments. I’ve been doing this since I was 16. I’m 25.”

Ferreira is a big fan of fashion, and she made her runway debut as a Victoria’s Secret model in October 2025. Earlier this month, on March 8, she was spotted at the Jean Paul Gaultier fashion show during Paris Fashion Week, impressing fans once again by opting for a daring dress.
The sheer fabric and cutout detailing over her midriff made a style statement, and when she posted the photos on Instagram, fans reacted with praise.
Ferreira understands fashion, and she loves it. As an actress and a model, she has had the opportunity to try out many different looks. “I love fashion so much that when I play a character, which is most characters because they’re not fashion girls, it changes my perspective on my everyday because I’m wearing something I wouldn’t necessarily wear,” she said in an interview with Grazia magazine.
