Charlize Dazzled at the Event in a Dior Suit

That’s because she was definitely “making a statement on the red carpet,” according to People. “On Wednesday, April 22, the actress, 50, attended the New York City premiere of her upcoming Netflix action thriller, Apex, at the Paris Theatre while wearing an eye-catching look by Dior.”
In fact, the star herself noted in an Instagram post that the “[s]uit [is] from Dior men’s fall 2026.”

Charlize Takes on the Wilderness & a ‘Ruthless Predator’ in ‘Apex’
In the new thriller from Netflix — which comes out on April 24 — Theron plays a “grieving woman” who is “testing her limits in the Australian wilderness,” when she “is suddenly ensnared in a deadly game with a ruthless predator,” according to Rotten Tomatoes.
The description along with the YouTube trailer expands a little on the suspensful story, telling viewers, “Testing her limits in the remote and unforgiving Australian wilderness, Sasha (Charlize Theron) suddenly finds herself not only up against the elements, but also facing off against a ruthless and lethal predator (Taron Egerton).”
That’s right, the predator isn’t an animal, but instead, “a cunning killer who thinks she’s prey,” and forces her to participate in “a twisted game” with a potentially fatal outcome, per the description.
Directed by Baltasar Kormákur, he discussed making the film, according to Rolling Stone Australia, saying, “Working in the rugged, beautiful terrains of Australia with three of the world’s most talented, dedicated actors in Charlize Theron, Taron Egerton, and Eric Bana is such a joy — even as I put them through the [ringer] in this unique survivor story.”
