Chris Hemsworth, 43, may be well known for having a muscular body, which fans have seen thanks to his role as Marvel’s Thor and his occasional shirtless social media posts. However, his wife, “Fast and Furious” franchise actress Elsa Pataky, 50, is also pretty darn fit.
In fact, she just showed off her impressive body while getting in some rather intense exercise in an enviable location.
Elsa Looked Fabulous and Fit While Exercising in the Sunshine
On Monday, September 7, Pataky decided to share a video on Instagram that showed her working out. In the recording, the star uses a roller to tone her arms, abs, legs and more — and by the looks of her muscles, the effort is definitely paying off.
Pataky can also be seen wearing a chic blue and yellow bikini along with a large-brimmed hat and sunglasses to protect her from the rays that are shining down on the particularly sunny day. On top of that, you can see lovely clouds floating in a stunning blue sky, as well as glimmering water behind the star. That’s not to overlook the fact that she happens to be on a yacht.
Text that Pataky included at the beginning of her video tells her followers, “I used my time on the boat to do some of my favourite exercises for a strong core and glutes. No gym? No problem … Give these a try. No excuses.”
Pataky’s post prompted plenty of comments from her fans that mentioned her impressive workout and “amazing body.” Of course, one person admitted, “Don’t know about anyone else but I would be rolling into the ocean using that roller 😂”
Elsa Has Shared Glimpes of Her Time with Chris & Their Kids
This isn’t the first glimpse Pataky has given her fans of how she’s been spending time recently. For instance, on July 17, she popped up a post that offered her social media followers a look at her trip to Kenya. The grand adventure included horseback riding, campfires and spotting animals like giraffes, leopards, elephants and more.
Just a couple of days later, Patak shared a video of a day at the beach, which was followed by photos of her supporting her home country of Spain in the World Cup.
That’s not to overlook the time she spent on a boat with her (flexing) husband and (fishing) son and “creating memories” while again on the water with her kids — the actress shares daughter India Rose and twin sons Sasha and Tristan with Hemsworth — as well as her whale-watching excursion.
On top of all that, on August 11, Pataky was sure to take a moment to acknowledge Hemsworth in a post that included photos of both the actor and the pair together.
In the caption, she wrote, “Happy birthday to my favourite person ❤️ Funny, ridiculously smart, compassionate, generous, kind, and somehow always making life more fun just by being in it. We love you more than you could ever imagine, and we’re so lucky to have you. Happy birthday love ❤️”
