Salma Hayek attended the Cannes Film Festival for the 2026 Kering Women In Motion Awards on Sunday, May 17, and she looked absolutely gorgeous! The actress wore a white feathered dress with a one-shoulder design and a sculpted silhouette. The feathers and their positioning created an angelic finish.

The first two pictures showed a close-up of her evening gown, and in the third photo, she was joined by her husband, François-Henri Pinault, and stepdaughter, Mathilde Pinault. In the caption, she wrote, “The night starts here, moments before the Kering Women in Motion Dinner.”
Fans and fellow celebrities flooded the comment section with praise for Hayek. “The one and only ..the most beautiful star.we are so proud of you @salmahayek,” a comment reads. “God was in a really good mood the day he made you,” another person shared.

Salma Hayek Celebrates Motherhood
Hayek is close to her stepdaughter, and Mathilde discussed their relationship in a 2022 interview with Paris Match. Mathilde credited the actress for helping her in her life and said she has “a flame that calms me.” She continued, “She teaches me to keep a sense of priorities. I have already accompanied her on film shoots. I was able to observe how she managed her schedule, how she learned her texts at night. She guides me in a very pragmatic way to face difficulty after difficulty.”
Hayek is a stepmom to three children, and she and Pinault are also parents to a daughter, Valentina Paloma Pinault, who was born on September 21, 2007. Hayek was 41 when she became a first-time mom, and she discussed this in a 2022 interview with Vogue Mexico. “I became a mother very late,” she said. “I did it once I found my partner for life, that I had a stable career, but I wanted a (child) so badly that nothing else mattered.”
In 2023, Hayek celebrated Valentina’s 16th birthday with a throwback video. She captioned the Instagram post with a heartfelt comment about her daughter and her experience as a mother. “Today my baby turns 16 and my heart is bursting with love, pride and gratitude for the day you were born. Keep shining your beautiful light shamelessly my lovely girl, even if it blinds the fools,” she wrote.
She continued, “For those of us fortunate enough to have you in our lives, thank you for making us stronger with your courage. For filling our lives with laughter and joy with your wicked wit. For challenging us to grow with your depth. And for inspiring us with your soulfulness every day. Happy sweet 16th Valentina; may this be the sweetest year yet!”
