Tallulah Willis is officially married.
The artist and daughter of Demi Moore and Bruce Willis wed musician Justin Acee in an intimate ceremony in Sun Valley, Idaho, on August 8.
For the occasion, Tallulah selected a custom Balenciaga gown that required hundreds of hours of detailed work.
Inside Tallulah and Justin’s Wedding
Tallulah and Justin exchanged vows after three years together.
The couple began dating in January 2023 and announced their engagement on Christmas Eve 2024.
“Everyday,” Tallulah captioned an Instagram carousel featuring photos from their engagement.
The pair kept many details of their wedding private, but Vogue joined Tallulah for her final dress fitting at the Chateau Marmont shortly before the ceremony.
Tallulah wore a strapless princess gown created by Balenciaga Creative Director Pierpaolo Piccioli.
The dress was one of the first bridal designs Pierpaolo created after taking the lead at the fashion house.
Made from silk satin and backed with silk organza, the gown featured a structured column silhouette, a dramatic draped train and an oversized bow at the back.
“[The bow] was something that Pierpaolo wanted,” Tallulah said. “He wanted it to be like a package that was being unwrapped.”
Tallulah and Pierpaolo collaborated on the design with Demi’s longtime stylist, Brad Goreski.
The Gown Took 712 Hours to Create
According to InStyle, Balenciaga’s artisans spent 712 hours creating and perfecting the gown.
Construction and atelier alterations required 405 hours, while the veil took an additional nine hours to complete.
The intricate hand embroidery added to the extensive production time. Each silk organza petal was individually beaded and applied to the gown by hand, a process that took approximately 60 hours.
Brad said Tallulah wanted the final design to feel “whimsical and ethereal” while still reflecting Balenciaga’s distinctive point of view.
The Dress Honored Demi Moore
One detail of the gown connected Tallulah’s wedding look to her mother.
The neckline was inspired by the sculptural Balenciaga dress Demi wore to the 2026 “Vanity Fair” Oscar Party.
Demi attended the final fitting alongside Tallulah’s sisters, Rumer Willis and Scout Willis. The family applauded when the bride entered the room wearing the completed gown.
Demi wore a black top with a bright yellow printed midi skirt for the emotional fitting.
Tallulah Wanted the Dress to Feel Like Her
Tallulah said she was drawn to the gown’s dramatic scale and the strength it represented.
“The best part of the dress is the magnitude,” she said. “It’s the thing that’s getting me to my new husband.”
She explained that she and Justin made an early commitment to choose each other every day.
Tallulah also wanted her wedding dress to celebrate the confidence and comfort she has worked to develop within herself.
“My biggest hope was that it would be something magical, but magical in a way that was unexpected, kind of like me,” she said.
For Tallulah, the dress was more than an elaborate couture creation. It represented her personal growth and the start of a new chapter with Justin.
