While most fans know Chris McNally for his work as Lucas Bouchard on the hit period drama, “When Calls the Heart,” his movie career with the network is just as impressive.
McNally has been appearing in Hallmark movies for years, and his résumé includes Christmas romances, cozy mysteries, and plenty of feel-good stories. Yep, there are quite a few movies to keep track of if you want to watch his entire Hallmark career from the beginning.
And honestly, his list of movies is even more extensive than some fans may realize. He has also continued adding new projects to his Hallmark résumé, including a 2026 movie that has already premiered and two more coming later this year.
Chris McNally’s Hallmark Movie Career
GettyMcNally made his Hallmark movie debut as Connor in “Hearts of Christmas” in 2016. He followed that up by appearing as Cody in “Rocky Mountain Christmas” in 2017.
From there, McNally continued building his relationship with the network. There is also a pretty great personal connection that happened along the way. McNally met his real-life partner, Julie Gonzalo, while working on “The Sweetest Heart” in 2018 and the pair later appeared together in “3 Bed, 2 Bath, 1 Ghost” in 2023. So, yep, Hallmark fans have gotten to see their relationship evolve both on and off screen.
Most recently, McNally starred in “Two for Tee,” which premiered on March 21, 2026. He starred as Will alongside Janel Parrish. “Tee is a Chinese American pottery artist who meets new community center handyman Will. As she learns about her family’s traditions through art, can she and Will save the center from closure?,” says Hallmark’s movie page.

Chris McNally’s Upcoming Hallmark Movies
McNally is not finished with Hallmark in 2026. In fact, he has two more movies scheduled for later this year.
First up is “Love Finds You,” which premieres Saturday, August 22, 2026, at 8:00pm ET on Hallmark Channel. McNally stars as Jack alongside Aimeé Teegarden, who plays jewelry designer Alex.
According to Hallmark’s ‘Fall Into Love’ programming page:
“A mislabeled package convinces jewelry designer Alex she’s found her ideal man, sending her and delivery driver Jack on a citywide search that helps them discover what they truly want.”
Then, on Saturday, October 3, 2026, at 8:00pm ET, McNally will appear in “A Knight to Remember” alongside Julie Gonzalo and James Trevena. It is based on Bryn Donovan’s romance novel “Her Knight at the Museum,” which was reimagined for Hallmark.
The film’s Hallmark synopsis says:
“A statue of an English knight arrives in Chicago for an art exhibit. While cleaning the statue, museum conservator Emily impulsively kisses the statue, bringing him to life.”
Honestly, it is hard to complain about getting another McNally and Gonzalo project, especially considering their history together. And it seems like Hallmark has plenty more reasons to keep fans watching.
A Chris McNally Movie Marathon, Anyone?
HallmarkWith “Love Finds You” and “A Knight to Remember” still ahead, McNally’s Hallmark career continues to grow. And bonus, both movies are also expected to stream on Hallmark+ following their Hallmark Channel premieres. It seems like there is always another movie to add to the watch list, whether fans are looking for a Christmas favorite, a mystery, or a new romance.
For fans who want to revisit his entire Hallmark career, there is certainly no shortage of options. And honestly, that makes a Chris McNally movie marathon sound like a pretty great idea.
